This model does a great job! We have had a Roomba for more than 5 years and this was worth the extra money as an upgrade!

I enjoyed the idea of having a computer do the work for me but I dislike having to clean behind it. It does not work in corners that have a good amount of space to get to. The pet hairs were not vacuumed, my pet has short hair which is not difficult to suction up. The machine kept vacuuming the same area for 20 minutes until I picked it up and changed its position. This happened after I allowed it to map my home.

This robot is a god send. For a family with 3 dogs and a lot of outdoor activities this robot cleans like no other and reaches all the places we can’t. Definitely worth the money.

Not worth the price. Regret buying it constantly getting stuck at random easy to navigate spot.

It's a very good vacuum and my floors have never been cleaner. Its smart and knows how to maximize cleaning. My only complaint is the smart mapping does not update after the first 2 runs.

The purpose of the Roomba will make my life so much easier, and cleaner. I experienced some issues with this unit, but Customer Service is exceptional. A new machine is on its way. I'm hoping this will solve my issues.

Works as expected. Took product out of the package and it was ready for use. It cleans better than the old machine (different brand).

I simply love my Roomba S9+! Truly worth it. Very efficient and was able to map my entire home only after 1-2 rounds. Am really very happy with this buy so far.

Had it for less than a month and already have to ship it to get vacuum motor replaced. Does not work well with rugs.

Does ok, but the Samsung I had before had more power. This tends to get stuck more than the Samsung and I am not able to direct it to a particular spot to clean. Instead it cleans the entire room unless I box it in an area.

I love that it vacuums and empties directly into the bin. I never have to see any of the dirt or dog hair. Cleans well, powerful suction and mapping features work great.

Great vacuum, navigation is a clear upgrade from the i7. It cleans better and about 2 hours faster for roughly 1,100 sf of a mix of wood, tile and carpet.

I got this for a family member and they love it. It cleans there floors great, it is really fast and proficient. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought 2 of these, 1 upstairs, 1 down. I had an issue with each (faulty cleaning head on one, and a faulty motor on the other), however, after a quick call to iRobot, they sent me a replacement cleaning head for one, and a full replacement for the other. Both replacements showed up within 48hours of my call. They turned what could have been a disaster into a great customer support encounter. Now after 3 weeks of daily use (one on hardwood, the other on medium Pyle carpet), I couldn’t be happier. These robots do a great job, and I’m surprised with how long the bags in the clean base last (we have a dog that sheds in clumps).

Had to return one because of an error that keeps popping up. Neato suction is definitely better but their new model seems delayed because of the chip shortage.

This works great. It took a little bit for the unit to learn our house but I like that you can put it on a schedule or can tell it which areas to vacuum or to avoid.

We bought two and two mops. One of ours is doing fabulous. The other is having issues with the lid giving error message “ please close lid to continue “ so it’s going back for exchange. Over all VERY pleased!!!

WOW! This is really cool. I researched the heck out of this purchase and decided I didn’t want a basic one. You really get what you pay for with these so I decided to up my investment to the best one iRobot made. Was it worth it? Yes. It does a great job learning your home. It transitions well from carpet to hardwood. They all have little quirks but you quickly figure them out. If you can, get one that auto empties itself. Much cleaner. This one also has a really sharp and classy black and gold finish. Great purchase.

We purchased this after having our entire home ~1,800sq ft remodeled with tile plank flooring. It seemed that it would help keep the pet hair and small dirt off the floor. We spent over a week running it daily to "train" but it would avoid one of the bedrooms. In addition, the top lid of the robot would pop up and stop due to the error. After the first 2 weeks, resetting to factory and placing the dock in a different location, the unit STILL would not learn all of the rooms. Additionally, the vacuum would continuously be jammed up with dog hair and wouldn't fully empty into the reservoir on the robot (not the dock). The straw that broke the camels back was the fact the beater bars completely shredded to the point they would not spin. The replacement bars run $75.00 (including filters & corner brushes) but shouldn't have to be replaced on hard floors after a few weeks of "training" the unit. We called iRobot support & they said the robot should be able to cover 2,000 sq ft. They also said the beater rollers should last up to 12 months. They sent a replacement kit for free, so for the 3rd and 4th week, we tried to factory default & retry the learning & cleaning process but it just couldn't seem to get the house covered. Additional to everything above, it does have pretty seamless integration into google home, which is nice. The dock reservoir is relatively small given the size of the dock. The vacuum bags are under $5.00ea (13.00 per box) but will need to be replaced pretty frequently if you have high traffic. Overall, the build quality is great but there are kinks iRobot needs to sort out and improve. Right now, the price of the unit and cost of ownership is too high to justify given we still have to vacuum the house manually and frankly can get it done quicker and better than the robot can.
