Too loud and barely worked our much older model was much better, this was a total waste of money.

Amazing software, great performance, nice engineering and aesthetic. Definitely top of its class, the rose gold is also nice.

This is by far the best vacuum I ever had. I love how easy is to schedule when and wich room to clean. A litle bit noisy, but other than that it is perfect.

purchased this model of the iRobot due to the ease of the WiFi connection to control the unit. this model will return to its station to dump collected dirt/ debris and any time the battery gets low. the battery for the mapping feature gave us about 3 hour of run time before needing to be recharged. it goes into corners better than other units we looked at prior the purchase. it's components are easy to change out, but are a bit pricey. this unit can also be compatable with a robotic mpopping unit

I purchased this $1000 vacuum and have nothing but issues. Issues trying to map the floor, issues with the battery dying before the vacuum can get back to the charger. Issues with the vacuum going places it’s not supposed to go. Getting stuck. The list goes on and on. If you want to spend your time with customer service then go ahead and buy this expensive frustrating piece of machinery.

Great product, maps out exactly where you want it to go. Does a great job picking up debris.

This model is wonderful. You can heard the difference in suction as it glides across the floor from carpet to wood flooring. Less picking it up roomba.

Love this, saves time from cleaning house so I can spend more time with the family. It vacuums every morning at 9 am and I come home to a clean home.

Excellent and good for homes with pets! Mapping is amazing and the ability to sync with its mop counter part is a great future.

Roomba works pretty well. It still misses a few spots on the floor. Programming it to avoid some areas (like under the bed) was a little trying and took several attempts to get it right.

There are several reasons I was interested in the Roomba. It has handled everyone of those concerns and has made my life so much more enjoyable!

Very expensive but i can splurge. This thing is awesome and the best they have designed so far. Only downside is the price.

Very loud when it is cleaning the floors. Don't let it knock into valuables on the ground they might tip over and break.

High quality vacuum works really well. Corners are no problem. It can handle carpet and hard surfaces. It’s a 5 out of 10 noise level.

the s9+ does a great job of not bumping furniture and we are very impressed with its ability to map our house and clean in corners.

I bought this a year and half ago. The wheel treads have worn down. I tried to replace the treads from Amazon. The robot reads as not a flat surface. So I go to roomba to order new wheel modules. The right wheel is discontinued. The rep told me to go to ebay. I bought a 1k vacuumed and they are sending me to EBAY?!?! I will never buy another roomba.

Works great and cleans very well. The Alexa integration could use some work but overall well worth the money, in my opinion.

a must have! If you don't own it, go out and buy it right away. Does not destroy carpets or floors like one reviewer said. Cleans amazingly!
