cleans great - much more powerful than previous models - would have been 5 stars but does tend to have mechanical ssues every year (second issue in last 2 years)

We bought this to replace our older Roomba 890. The difference was immediately noticeable. Within a week, our rugs seemed cleaner and look fresher. There is definitely a learning curve. It took about two weeks for the s9+ to build a complete map of our house. After that, it got stuck in a couple of the tricky places, but it was pretty easy to set up "Keep out" zones to keep it from going into places it cannot get into anyhow. It is really nice to say "Alexa, tell Roomba to clean...".

When you’ve had the i9 version, this simply was amazing! We love the map feature and how we can spot clean rooms on the days we need it.

Very good suction, good for carpet and hard floor very good navigation system love the mapping feature.

Works just as good as all of the reviews we researched. Does a great job of picking up, love the docking station.

Why did it take me SO LONG to buy this? I LOVE IT! I can work now and my Roomba can do its job. No more wasting time!

Overall, I am pleased. Would have given it 5 stars if it didn't require as much oversight. Some technical glitches here and there, but not hard to fix.

Upgraded to the self emptying and will not go back, I now have two of these and am very happy with them.

We have been loyal iRobot customers for years. When our first, and, orginal Roomba couldn't run anymore. There was no comparison other than to invest in our iRobot-Roomba. Our original Roomba went through years of 4 kids, dogs, and cats. We were able to get replacement parts and get it running again. After, a true sadness of parting ways, we choose the iRobot-Roomba s9 knowing that the company stands behind their products, knowing that this Roomba and Roomba Mop will be apart of our household for many years to come. A hands-down PERFECT Investment!

Excelent cleaning help, need any way to have a maintenance program just in case , hard working device

love it, haven't had to vacuum since except the stairs, easy to operate and program and easy to change the times and rooms you want cleaned

We have used the iRobot Roomba and it works very well and thotoughly covers the areas in the house that it is programmed to clean. Great purchase.

I have had multiple roombas and this one is by far the best. With 3 dogs this thing it worth the expensive price tag. I dont have to empty it every day but i would say once a month which is very nice. Much deeper clean than previous versions. Maps out the floor plan very accurately and i have it scheduled to clean monday-friday at 10am while i am at work. I have it paired with the braava jet m6 to mop my hardwoods when it gets finished. Very satisfied.

Works great but gets stuck alot and have to help it. It is getting better as it learns though.

Best investment I have ever made in a vacuum. I dont have to worry about pet hair anymore.

This vacuum worked good for the first couple weeks, even though I got at least one error per cleaning cycle. Then 3 weeks in I got an error 30 code which means to clean the bin, called customer service and they sent me a new cleaning module. I replaced that and still got the same error, then I was told it was an internal error. So now I am having to wait for a new parts kit essential which is on back order. Maybe the next unit I get will work better than the first, just kinda sad with how expensive this vacuum is.

Love the vacuum. This is our 3rd iRobot and love that we don't have to vacuum or sweep our hardwood floors.
