Excellent product. Cleans much better than previous versions by far. Doesn't leave as much dirt as the other ones. Highly recommended.

I bought this on a whim and wasn’t sure if you was going to keep it. I waited to the very last day to decide to keep or return wish I would’ve returned. I started to use it January 15th and the first three days were great although during the learning and mapping process it missed part of the house in which I had to find a creative way to keep it in the room I wanted it to map which it did except one little area. On the fourth day the trouble started, got code 31 navigation error with the red ring. It got stuck it two different areas and both were open floor. I would ask it through the app and Alexa to go clean certain areas which it would do roughly 20% of the area and head back to the base wouldn’t empty to the bin, red ring showing stuck on base. Of the 15 or so times I sent it out it got stuck code 31 red ring on the base 100% of the time. Contacted roomba did hard reboot while on phone and they hold me to call back if anymore problems. Next time out got stuck red ring code 31 on base. Contacted roomba again, they said they will send me a replacement. Next day and every day after that I received emails staying the replacement is on back order no date as to when it’ll be back in stock.

Awesome, it maps the house, strong, no need for housekeeper. Love it. Make sure you dont leave toys in the floor.

Awesome piece of equipment! Don’t have to change or clean daily and allows you to forget about cleaning and yet it still gets done!!

Quick and easy to set-up. Takes a while to map the house. After that just set a time a watch it go. Great buy.

I tried it and was amazed how well it works. At first I tried the i7 but this has more suction power! It is like having an automatic cleaning service. My Aunt recommended it! If you consider a cleaning service at around $100 monthly it pays for itself in less than a year. Best buy had a great deal for the Braavia Mop and the s9 so when the vacuum is done the mop starts. Floors have never been cleaner. The only thing you have to watch out for the the transition from room to room can't be higher than an 1/8"

It's good, but we have had some problems. Thankfully, iRobot sent us a replacement and everything works well. Definitely handy, but NOT worth the price.

So far so good. We have only had it a few weeks but this last one has been a good one. We have already swapped it out twice before this one so we will see. Cool Features that the other one did not have.

Much faster than the 980. Cleans more thoroughly. Bin emptying feature is a nice addition. Put your feet up and enjoy!

Love my “Rooba” after 2 trials it mapped our entire area where we wanted it to Vacuum! Life saver with 2 white German Shepards!

We thought we would need three of these to keep up with pet hair and dust that our dogs bring in. This one is getting the job done!

Wanted to wait a while so I could give an honest review. I had a roomba along time ago and this is way better than that thing was. We have a ragdoll cat and a dog that sheds a lot. This thing runs at least four days a week. It has saved us at least 40 hours of vacuuming time....an entire work week of vacuuming in the 4 1/2 months or so that we have had it. I have had to pull out some hair but the way this is designed that’s very easy to do. We absolutely love it.

This is the best Roomba yet! Does a great job on hardwoods. Struggles a little bit with rugs with long threads though.

Leaves dirt behind. Too many errors. Runs out of battery early

I wish it did a better job of remembering the mapped paths and did not have to be remapped so often. I also wish the battery would last longer!

This little vacuum is a work aholic, the one of the best purchase I’ve made.
