Keeps my floors nice and clean, I can set schedules for different rooms and zones. I couldn’t be more pleased! Plus, the fact that I don’t have to touch dirt and dust with bin transfers really reduces on allergies. Would highly recommend!

Awful. Just awful.

Then it started making terrible squealing and grinding noises, and the rollers stopped spinning. Best Buy was great and exchanged the unit for new one. The second one was worse than the first, could barely get it to run. It started spinning in circles when it first powered up, then it started ramming into its base station, then it kept asking to be put on level ground. The final straw was when it rammed into a chair and knocked it over, damaging the floor. Don’t buy this product. $1300+ is too much to pay for having your floor ruined.
