Rubber Brushes Are Too Expensive

The vacuum has a lot of great features (cleaning zones, stay away zones, room labels, etc.). However, the rubber brushes are made of such poor quality that a strand of hair can damage it to where they are not usable. They are very expensive.

Another one bites the dust

Wheels wear out, brushes constantly wear out, cameras fail. We have tried the 980, the i7, and the s9+, and all of them have required multiple replacements.

This is definitely top of the line and the self-cleaning is something that I don’t think I could live without.

Not worth the price

Worth the upgrade

We really love the ease of scheduling when the robot can run, especially with two dogs. With the sensors, we don’t worry about it running over items it shouldn’t (we still pick up cords every morning) and the self emptying and recharging until the job is done is a game changer.

Works but I’m not crazy about it

So far, it’s doing an excellent job of cleaning underneath my counter stools but it won’t leave them alone and go to other areas of the house either. It seems to have a very haphazard method of vacuuming. Still learning how to train it better
