I absolutely love my roomba. I almost want to buy another one for my second level. I just use the phone app to start cleaning and off he goes and I don’t have to worry about anything. All the dirt is sucked up magically into a bag that lasts quite a long time and I don’t have to touch anything dirty.

LOVE the vacuum, hate the fact that I have to recalibrate the vacuum every so often.

Every home needs one of these roombas. Must have. Five star.

Horrible horrible horrible. Bought 2 and returned them both. Never worked. Would get stuck in wide open clean floor. Customer service sent replacement parts for second one and still didn’t work

It is great with everything except for power cords. Those tend to get stuck

This newest Roomba cleans very well on our hardwood floors. We have approximately 1900 square feet in our new place and it cleans everywhere. The mapping as displayed on your phone indicates what areas have been cleaned, great idea! And the unit has the automatic dirt disposal, which has also worked great. So happy with this purchase!

Got this for my mom for Christmas. It works great when it works… we’ve had a few issues like the roller breaking so we fixed that ourselves. Then stopped working and we had to contact I robot to send us a new one to swap the boards on ourselves. A lot of money for a lot of problems.

We set our vacuum to run at night and it is really quiet. Cleans the first floor while we sleep on the second and we wake up to a debris free floor. This is really important since we have a toddler and three dogs, and our landscaping is not done in our backyard so there is a lot of debris coming in.

It looks great and feels premium. Cleans well the very first month. After that the power tends to fall off. I feel that for something so expensive it should definitely clean a lot better and last a lot longer than a month cleaning well. The only plus side the app works really well and has lots of options.

This thing picks up litterly everything. Its the best

I love my Roomba. I loved it so much I bought a second one for the upper level of the house the next day. It is a little loud but it’s probably because the motor/suction is so powerful. I was blown away about how much it picked up from my carpet that I thought was clean.

As someone that stresses about cleaning the floor, I really like this product. I can turn it on, and I don't have to think about it. The only drawback is that sometimes it can get caught in the furniture, but once it maps your house and you create "keep out" zones, that problem shouldn't happen anymore.

I would highly recommend this vacuum. I was amazed at the power and how well it saught out all areas instead of bouncing off a piece of furniture and randomly vacuuming. I love how I can select the area or room from my phone if and I get a little message that Hazel is finished!

Literally the worst Roomba yet. I’ve had a good line roombas over my time. I currently upgrade from the i7+ to this new s9+ & I couldn’t have regretted the decision any more then I do. First bought the S9+ on a Sunday took it home opened it up & right off the bat there was an error code. I had to unscrew the bottom of the Roomba and pull out the battery & re-install it. After that started the robot up to have it start training however the Rose gold lid has 4 sensors on it which didn’t work properly so in order to have Roomba start ANY job I had to push down on the lid so that the sensors would know the lid was closed. Even while it was training it would randomly stop because the sensors would think the lid was open. Gave up and took it back and exchanged it for a new model. So I got my replacement S9+ and took it out of the box plugged it all in & had no problems with anything until it started training, then I got multiple error codes come up had to again pull out the battery & reset the robot. Started it’s training again & about every 20 minutes into any job it performs it comes up with an error code that it’s stuck near a drop off & cannot proceed until I pick it up and move it. Mind you I live in a single story house where I have absolutely no stairs whatsoever through out the entire place. Even after I would pick it up and move it to a new location it would still say it’s next to a drop off, the only way to reset it was by carrying it back to the home base and placing it back on the docking. Went back and exchanged it a third time, got the third replacement & I ended up having other error codes to the point where the robot wouldn’t even leave the home base at all. DO NOT BUY THE S9+! This product was clearly rushed to the market and had no trial or error testing! It is now 6 days after purchasing the first S9+ & I am now going back and returning it for the i7+.

Great time saver and value for the money. Need longer charge life.

This s9 seems to get stuck alot more that my old one.

I ordered this item and paid $1,000. I set it up and it is a lemon. The only reason this review is not 1 star is because iRobot replaced it. They said it must have been "defective".

We purchased this to help with getting dog hair. The unit worked great for a week, then it started not being able to find base. It also gets cloged up if it gets any moisture sucked up. With that said, we have 3 dogs. And there is always some mess to clean up.
