I preface this by saying the robot is awesome when it works. Ours recently quit but is being replaced by iRobot and they pitched in $100 worth of accessories because it is on back order. So stay tuned. When it was working the mapping features, vacuuming, and app were great!

LOVE IT!! We decided to buy this as an early Christmas present to ourselves and it was easily one of the best purchased we made in a long time. With hardwood floors throughout our house, it's nice to have one less chore off the to do list.

This is definitely the best robot vacuum I’ve owned. I love how clear the app is and it has maintenance reminders as well. The auto empty base is great for those with dust allergies. If you find one open box or on sale get it!

Ironically this is trash. The first robot I bought had a burning smell from the motor after only 4 months of twice a week usage. The replacement unit I received from iRobot just hasn't worked properly at all. It regularly goes into areas that are marked restricted on the map if it decides to go to that room/area at all, or more often will just stop in the middle of a job and either says it's complete (when it isn't) or it'll stop in the middle of a room, return an error that there's a docking issue even though there can't be and then it cancel's the job. iRobot's support is completely silent on this as well so no help troubleshooting or anything else.

iRobot has made Vacuuming easier and better with the extra power. Quiet operation and very versatile in programming your cleaning operations. You can even clean an individual area. Other manufacturers maybe less expensive, however this model is worth the extra money spent.

I bought it for close to a month now . I love it soo far. It clean really well. I love the room mapping that they have going on so I can clean just that one room and I still don’t kn how to add or make it remapping the whole house again. Cuz when I started I only let it clean the living room and my bedroom.

I have had a regular roomba for years and thought this auto dump feature might be nice. I underestimated this feature. I can't tell you gow happy i am with this Roomba. The auto empty feature is wonderful. Would definately recommend if it is in your budget

Fantastic! My old Roomba was a random pattern vacuum and didn't have the tower of power auto dirt disposal system. This unit is night and day stronger, has app controls, and is impressive from unboxing to today. It does what it claims it can do and is powerful.

The robot works great IF there is no "obstacle" on the floor. "obstacle" here means any kids small toys. The robot will suck all those small objects into the bin, and then send me an error msg saying bin stuck. The purpose I use the robot because I want to free my hands and save my time. Its working against my purpose, and I receive error msg every time I run it. Also, every time it empties itself, the software tells me the bag is full, please replace it, WHAT?? I just replace the bag even after the 2nd time of running, and it was not full at all This robot still have way more to go until it becomes a TRUE SMART ROBOT

How did I live this long without a Roomba... Guys, I know it's a bit pricey, but it's well worth the investment. Yes, I was like many of you... skeptical and not ready. Recommend to a friend? I already did. All I'll say next is... Thank me later!

I've always loved Roomba's, and this is the most powerful one they have right now, and it works great. I have mine in beta mode (available in the app), and the features are really nice, so that's also a plus.

It took a couple days to map the house and after that completely worth it. this thing picks up dog hair like no other for at least the first week or two. And two weeks is where we are currently at. I’m debating on taking it that back because this thing Errors out after 5 feet, it cannot stay connected, it loses cloud connection, it says it stock when it’s in the middle the tile floor with nothing on the ground or around it I’m I’m so frustrated. The app walks you thru how to resolve all the error codes only to repeat the same errors. The last step is to call tech support which I have not done yet nor do I want too.

I’m disappointed, didn’t think a vacuum which is so expensive, didn’t start as Switzerland watch , and every single time you have to open the lid and close again, and then he’s going to do the job. I cannot keep , I have to bring back to the store, so sad.

This is my third roomba and the s9 is absolutely amazing. I had the s7 previously and it did a good job but the s9 blows that one out of the water. This is by far the best vacuum out there. Save your money and get this. You will not be disappointed.

I don’t know what to say other than that the look on my wife’s face at Christmas when she opened this was priceless. She has heard nothing but great things about this product. I cannot wait to see this running around the house freaking out the cats

Does the job but takes awhile to clean. Cool features. Very pricey.
