It is pricey, but worth it. It is so nice to walk into a freshly vacuumed home. You can download the app and have the floors clean when you arrive home.

It’s been just a month and it just stops cleaning abruptly. Have to pick it up to the charging station and then start the cleaning again.

I am using iRobot for over 5 years and used 960, i7+ and s9+. I have so far the worst experience using s9+. 80% of the time it never completes a job. Most of the time it stuck somewhere. After spending hours with customer support realized the s9 stays lower to the ground as compare to other model and due the design it not as good as compare to other models. I own two s9+ and having they same experience with both. I may go back to i7 or Shark new model.

We've had the previous roomba, and although we loved it, this one is miles better. It has automatic bin emptying, maps better, suction is the best so far compared to previous models and competitors, and not forgetting, looks pretty stylish too!

This vacuum is fantastic. The room selection feature is great as our kitchen can always use a touch up with our dog coming in our sliding jack door. Fun to watch do its laps around everything. Does a great job keeping our main floor clean!!!

We've had several roombas throughout the years. From the earliest 3rd gen 500 series. We have a 4th gen 600 series that is still going strong. We've had the i7 which was the best one. We have returned 3 S9+ models, all with issues that were not repairable. We are trading our S9+ in today and going back down to the i7+. For some reason they have not worked out all ths bugs on the S9+. It was a pretty big redesign compared to the tried and true round models. But it's just not reliable. Way too many errors.

I can't give a zero star so here's a 1-star review. I have been trying to get the vacuum to work properly since the first day it arrived. I own two iRobot 880's and they are beast at vacuuming. I saw this upgrade and assumed it would be great. A brand I trust sold by a company I trust. More power, more capacity, and floor mapping for improved cleaning. I thought this would address any shortcomings of earlier products. I was wrong. This product is BETA at best. 1. The floor mapping is clunky and does not update properly. Several software updates later... it still does not work as promised. 2. The base unit and app report that "The clean base bag is missing" and "The dust bin is full." The bag is properly installed and empty. No dust whatsoever in the bag. I have replaced the bags more times than I can count. I have contacted the manufacturer on this issue on multiple occasions. None of the solutions offered have resolved the problems. It is a well-known issue with the manufacturer. 3. Perhaps the most disappointing is the unit does not clean well. While purporting more power and performance it cannot hold a candle to the older 880's. Rather than vacuuming up and cleaning It leaves dog hair trails and dust all over the floor. A real disappointment given my prior experience. My advice is to keep looking for a Robot style vacuum. This one is not ready.

I was worried that this product would knock my walls, go in circles and repetitive motion and miss those hard to reach spots. I discovered it works just as accurately as expected and not at all clumsy. Eve if bumps something is very light.

I bought it together with Braava jet mop, and absolutely love my robot cleaners army. My favorite features are smart map, scheduling, and "mop after", which allows coordination between the vacuum and a mop.

There are problems such as the sensors tripping and reporting dirt in the mechanism but can be easily cleaned , so mapping can take some time initially but considering what the machine has to do it is a great buy.

Wanted to wait a bit before I posted my review. Really happy with this Roomba, It is a bit loud when it empties itself but it is about five seconds and then it is done.

It does the job alright but didn’t meet my expectation. I followed the vacuum just to see how effective it was picking up dirt and it would leave a good trail behind. Not what I bought it for so returned it and got my money back.

This has been worth the wait. Roomba must have fixed error code 31 as I have had zero issues and great cleaning when it was finally available again.

Don't expect to get everything done the first day, but after a few training runs or "blind" vacuuming you'll be ready to partition your rooms and create a schedule. Then just pick up small items before the schedule and you're done.

We used to have a 900 series but the dog hair would fill up the bin before finishing the job. With the automatic bin disposal, it can now finish vacuuming our whole house! Also, the s9+ is much quieter than the previous models.

Purchased as a gift. Recipients love it, already logged 16 hours in 12 days. It's a bit expensive but has great features, wifi and self emptying are awesome. Buying one for myself when my home reno is done.

Not made for my carpet never in 10 days of use cleaned my hole house battery keeps dying or just stops working in the middle of the floors

You don’t realize it until you watch it, but the D shape of this vacuum means it has to move completely differently than previous models. It is absolutely not ready for prime-time.. despite claims that software will fix this model, 1yr after release now this thing will still get stuck, get confused, create terrible maps, etc. A Very Expensive piece of junk, and this from someone who really liked a previous model Roomba!

The Roomba is a god send. Saves us time on cleaning and when used daily, tremendously cuts down on dirt, dust, dander. Carpets are feeling noticeably better. Hardwood floors have never looked better. I strongly recommend.

Absolutely love my Roomba. With the Roomba, I can now handle cleaning my own house. Now saving money because I don’t need the cleaning ladies anymore.
