The roomba was awesome until it got connection errors! About 2 weeks after we got it. Customer service was fine bit back order on replacement , still waiting

Navigation is not very good. It keeps running in to problems and needs my help.

One of the best products I’ve ever purchased! I use our Roomba often and am amazed at how clean the floors and carpets are with using this device.

Mapping is horrible, very very loud. I had high hopes for this but missed the mark.

after 6 I7roombas this one is so much better. it was over 400.00 more but way worth it. I have 4 dogs and this runs always and it is easy to clean love it

Lasted less than a year. What a huge waste of money. Started by losing maps -- by month 12 it was just randomly going where it wanted to go without any pattern and then returning to base saying job complete - by month 23 it kept saying empty the bin which was already empty. It is in my trash can.

So far it has done a good job, have a little trouble with it mapping out the rooms but I know it takes a while till it learns all the rooms

I was always skeptical about vacuum robots. Finally gave a try to this one. Smart and powerfull. We have not used our Miele canister already 3 weeks.

Best robot vacuum by far. Would advise everyone to spend the extra money and get this model.

The only question is; why did I wait so long to buy a Roomba. Expensive,yes, but if you can afford it…

SO the big day(well days actually) came when the S9i was all done(sort of...)mapping the relatively simple floor plan of the house, and then the Error 31 hits. For a 1000.00 + robot vacuum, the expectations are to at least vacuum the whol single story floor plan, with all object removed, just one time, even if it had done half..... Now waiting for the out of stock replacement. Cmon iRobot, the world is watching, and we're waiting to get the floor vacuumed.....

Clunky and problematic. The lid is closed, but the machine thinks it's open. The machine rattles like no tomorrow. The one I got is most definitely a lemon. It's a loud substitute for a dirty floor. Hair wraps all around the rollers and the small brush. I've had it for a day and it's so bad I can't believe it. I don't know if I'll send it back for an exchange or just return it forever.

I’ve had this for several months and it’s great for general cleaning! Schedule and forget. iRobot just released a new update and made it even better.

Does an excellent job on both hard floors and rugs. Easy to program and use with the app.

Works really well and make our lives make easier. We have dogs and it deals with the hair.

Had to replace our old one! But this makes makes life so much easier. Set it up and schedule it to clean for you. Life is good!

Best one yet. Wife wanted the new model and now she has it. It is still mapping the house. The old iRobot may go to one of the kids.

Awesome purchase. I like the fact that this can navigate around rugs and certain areas. I wish it was a little smarter, but it's great all around.

I love my IRobot. It works great and my fur babies don’t mind it at all. It even cleans in between my chairs. I recommend it.
