This worked great for about 3 weeks but since then doesn’t complete its cycle (Error code 31). Have called support once and have another one coming. Tried a factory reset without improvement. Really a shame because it was great at first but is now a big disappointment.

Was surprised this robot vacuum cleaner does such a good job on my floors.

This is such a huge upgrade from the j7+. The room just feels cleaner now.

So far I am loving my Roomba vacuum. Definitely a learning curve for setting up the machine, but loving it so far.

We love this robot. More often than not, we will start it from our phone app when out of town or even just set a schedule.

Over priced. This vacuum is not better that lesser expensive one. Get stuck and lost not able to find its way back home.

The s9+ does a great job of cleaning. It leaves the carpet very fluffy vs other robot vacuums. I think the suction power is very strong. It has a nice sleek design. It's very convenient with the self emptying dock. Does great with hair. I love the mapping and being able to tell it specific rooms to clean. The issues I had with it are that the rollers are poorly designed. It got caught on some charger cables and some clothes and one of the rollers ended up ripped in half. The other roller was missing an inch of texture. Customer service was fantastic and sent me some new rollers immediately but they are already showing signs of wear without getting caught on anything. So they need to work on durability. Also on linoleum it didn't pick up some finer particles. The self empty is very loud so it needs to run when no one's home. Lastly the app is a little clunky. It would clean the wrong room selected. Also the help pages wouldn't load. The app should improve over time though.

This does a great job removing dog hair! Much more powerful than the i7.

This is my favorite of all my gadgets. They've really improved since the 980. Much quieter and faster. Works with other appliances too.

Love it! So glad I purchased the Roomba. It makes vacuuming so easy and convenient.

It took a while to map the floor. This unit when it turns, makes a loud noise. It was working ok for the first two weeks and today started going in circles and stops and gives an error code 7. Did everything that FAQ provided but with same result. Taking it to the store tomorrow to return. Wonder if I got a refurbished unit from Bestbuy.

Best investment! The only downfall is that it doesnt always notices objects or people.

This is a decent vacuum but it isn't good enough for the high price. It can't even vacuum up cat litter in between tiles.
