    Not worth it honestly. It’s supposed to help you out and make your cleaning life easy but its not. It keeps saying that it got stuck but when i checked, its in somewhere with nothing to be stuck in. No debris and no items that would cause for it to be stuck. It keeps doing after 2 minutes in of vacuuming.

    It stopped working exactly 11 months after I bought it. Gladly I had bought a warranty and gave me store credit. Basically stopped cleaning it kept going in circles and wouldn’t recognize the floor map. We change all the parts and nothing it kept going back in reverse with no direction.

    This item has been terrible right out of the box. It consistently runs for only a few minutes before generating an error code and shutting down. The customer support from Roomba has been marginal and I have been waiting about a week for a response. Definitely do not recommend purchasing this item.

    We purchased this unit online about a month ago. The first unit did not work as soon as we took it out of the box. We called Roomba, and they sent us a second unit. It lasted a couple days, then stopped working. We called Roomba again and they sent us a third unit. Again lasted a couple days then stopped working. Now we are trying to get a refund from Best Buy and they will not refund because we are past the original 15 day return policy.
