    TERRIBLE IROBOT. HAD THE 980 SERIES AND LOVED IT. THIS ONE CANNOT MAKE IT OVER A RUG OR THE TRANSITION FROM HARD FLOOR TO CARPET. GETS STUCK ALL THE TIME. ERRORS OUT AT LEAST TWICE A DAY.

    Multiple random errors. Had to be replaced by iRobot since it was a ‘known issue’, yet they still sell these, and now the same error is back on the new vacuum. Wait time to speak with an iRobot rep is 30min + and even then no help.

    The first few days it worked wonderfully but after a few days, it became very noisy. On some occasions, it says that the lid is open when it's not. It doesn't map accurately it misses a bunch of areas. It's not what we expected especially for the price. Total letdown.

    The vacuum does an amazing job ive had it now for 2 years . It does exactly as it should. Biggest downfall is the price and the roller/brushes do not last long and they are $50 every time i just recently totaled up and in 2 years i spent ALMOST $500 IN BRUSHES . Definitely not what i was expecting.
