DONT BUY

( A COMMON PROBLEM) battery died in the middle of cleaning, roomba did not even go back to charging station. died write on the floor. i spent more time on clearing error codes and talking to tech support.( only had the unit for 12 hours.) WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.....IM RETURNING IT AND BUYING A SHARK!!!!!!! ROOMBA NOT ONLY LOST A CUSTOMER, BUT LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Big Waste of Money

I’m an embarrassed to even admit that I purchased them. With each software update, they continue to get worse. Half the time the stupid vacuum forgets where it is, and can’t find it’s way back to the base. The BraavaJet just makes a streaky mess of the tile floors, leaving wheel tracks all over the place when things dry. Customer service is terrible, and takes an arrogant approach when you try to ask about why the units perform so badly. App is buggy, and could use a lot of improvement. Wish I had never gone down this path. I’ll stick with my 10 year old Dyson upright.

Keeps stopping for no reason

It won't go for very long before stopping with an error 31 and/or an "Unable to start" message. I rebooted it many times, erased the map once and started over, and finally factory reset it and started over all to no avail. The iPhone app is not very good, eg, the instructions don't say you should map your house first and the app doesn't give you that option until you start cleaning. The sad thing is that it does vacuum well. I'll be calling customer service next before giving up and returning the unit.
