Not that great will probably be returning. Only pushes hair around on carpet

First one ordered had a faulty lid that would not stay closed. Second replacement would not auto-empty without getting clogged. Would not recommend.

Piece of junk. Worked once then started getting the same error as everyone else. Contacted iRobot and they said a replacement would ship the next business day the. The next day they tell me it’ll be six weeks. Returned it. Shows a lot of promise but until they get their act together on the functionality, this is no more than a decor item.

Bad sound since buy. Some good suction Will return to store

Terrible Roomba. I do not recommend. The parts for it are made thinner and cheaper than previous versions. They do not last. Purchased this product less than a year ago and cannot use it. Keeps giving me messages, close lid or return bin. The lid is closed and the bin is in place.

Avoid this product, Cleans unassigned rooms on its own, Randomly tells you the brushes are blocked. Also if you have 1/4 round at the edge of your baseboard for a floating floor this thing is useless. You will spend more time messing with it than its worth. Just grab an normal vacuum and get it done. Wish

It really disappointed me it did not cover the complete floor plan.

I can't win with these Robots. Gets stuck when going from hardwood floor to an area rug. Never finishes mapping the house. I can't even get a full cleaning done. Gonna return it and give up on buying Roomba Robots

The robot cleans only if you have tile or hardwood, if you carpet anywhere the irobot will struggle and stop on the spot. The motor over works itself till it over heats. Good concept, poor engineering.

Vacuum motor stopped working after 1 year and 1 month. After calling Roomba, they told me that it was not repairable, and that I would have to buy another. I will never buy a roomba product again

I wish I could return this.....it worked perfectly for the first 2 months but as of lately everytime it cleans i get a message saying i need to clean out its brushes before it can continue. Its to the point that I even hate using it

Only been 45 days and the bin won’t empty. Called tech for support and “they elevated” my concern but we haven’t gotten a single person to help! It’s way too expensive to crap out after 45 days and it’s worse that the OEM could give two s*^ts about it! #worstpurchaseever

I love this product although we didn't buy this new, we found it at a garage sale and it works amazing and it has amazing suction and absolutely dominates our j7+,i3+,675,531 in deep cleaning performance on carpet. we have lots of dog hair and it does amazingly and we are always shocked at how much it can pull out of our rugs.

Base station broke twice in 2 years from normal use. The first one was replaced under warranty, the second one was outside warranty so they provide no support. I am left with a useless vacuum because it can no longer charge or deposit dirt.

I have carpet that is 1yr old. I have already gone through 2 roller motors. I dealt with customer service and they sent new roller assembly. The new one lasted less than a week. Never paid so much money for something that had so many issues within the first 60 days of purchase.

I had problems getting answers as to why I was getting wheel marks on my carpet. After getting no answers from support, I returned it to store. I liked its vacuum action. If my question had been answered I would have kept it. Also I was told I only had 8 days to return it.

If I could give it a zero I would . Have plank floor and the crazy machine skips all over the place not cleaning some places at all . was a huge waste of money in the trash in less than a year

This product has been a disappointment. We have had for 2 weeks and keep getting a communication error and have to reboot. Still unable to get it to finish mapping without an error and you can’t use until you map

The S9 worked great ... until it didn't. It can no longer finish a job. It has an Error 31 code which is a communication code. I will contact Roomba to see about getting a replacement sent to me. I searched online and this apparently it is an issue.

Ordered brand new, delivered and was clearly a returned unit. The roomba is all scratched up and no amount of cleaning will prevent the "bin full" message. Product is defective and not what I ordered.
