i bought this for my grandson. We went into the store and talked to the representative about the right amp for my grandsons car. After telling him about the stereo and speakers my grandson has, the clerk assured us this was the best amp for him. He asked about what price range we wanted. I told him I was more concerned with getting the right amp . It turned out this amp is not the right amp for his speakers. It doesn't even sound like he has an amp. So we called and because they had to cut the wiring harness to get it to work we cant return it.

you sent me an open box item when I ordered new when it came time to install it it didn't work and to late to return it

just received the kenwood kac-m3004 amp advertised as new. it came in a obviously open box condition with the inspected by best buy tape on it. inside found the amps mounting tab was bent against the unit and another bent half way. paper work was all opened,I bought as new not open box!
