It works amazingly. The Geek squad had a difficult tume with my vehicles wiring but they worked it out.

In the aunlight thr screen cannot even be seen. The camera during reverse with the sun behind the car is conpletely washed out (this us unsafe). This unit should be recalled and never shoukd have been sold. Perhaps it works fine in some vehicles, but in a jetta its a non-starter.

Works really well but i’m not a fan at all of the screen brightness. We are in 2024 where almost any tablet you buy has an OLED display with amazing brightness and quality but it seems that the head unit manufacturers missed that memo. For the price they charge (similar and more than most state of the art tablets) it should he somewhat on par.

Besides the small glare that happens. I really like this unit.

Love this radio. Still learning how to use it though

Navigation is easy and intuitive. Screen is not FHD so pixelation is noticable and screen glares a lot. Really hard to see anything

TERRIBLE!! I wanted to love this but it stopped working when I adjust the sound settings. Took it back to BB whereby they replaced the thingamabob that goes into the armrest area. Ok fine. I’m covered under warranty. But, no it does the same thing again a couple months later after adjusting sound settings. Now I have an appointment for them to uninstall and then send the thing out of state to be fixed. NO! It should be replaced with a different model of my choice! If it costs more then I will pay the difference! Being a consumer nowadays is risky business. This is unacceptable!

Would not recommend. The display doesn’t stay where you left it whether it loses connection to your phone or reboots. The back up camera takes forever to kick in and the warning is in the way.

Worked for about a week and a half and now it disconnects randomly every time I drive. I drove a total of 40 minutes today and it disconnected 3 times. Way too expensive to be this crappy. Don't buy it.

Radio came in incomplete, I could not use it and ended up returning it. Best Buy customer service was terrible.

Had the headunit installed professionally and had it had a very audible hissing sound when using car play. Took it back and had them re-do it and it remained. If you listen to your music quietly you will hear it

Very disappointed with performance. Erratically reverts settings while driving. Does hold the station choices.

Keeps cutting off from Bluetooth. Have been back twice and it still cuts off.

Simple to use and set up. Shouldnt have to worry about paying to updates maps because the maps come from my android phone. Has several preset equalizer settings to chose from or you can create your own. After market radios you get what you pay for, after two months no complaints.

Radio has no issues graphics great operating radio great functionality great my only issue theres no knob for volume and kenwood ahould stop being cheap and add remote control to radio over all greay radio i give 5 stars and i purchased brand new so for those who purchased open box you will have issues

Have had this head unit for about 3 weeks and I’m loving it. Makes my vehicle feel like new. Tied in perfectly with my backup cam. Super happy to have the wireless CarPlay connection. Great upgrade for my FJ cruiser

Nice features once you know how to use them. Having more features makes it worth the purchase
