I replaced my 20 year old Kenwood CD/MP3 player with this modern Bluetooth unit. The wiring was slightly different, but otherwise it was plug and play! Now I get phone connectivity along with ALL my music (mp3 and WMA) on a tiny usb drive! Still playing with the colors of the face and music settings because I can! The only negative is I wish it had a USB in the back so it was hidden.

Purchased this unit to replace a Sony head unit in my daughters truck. This is so much easier to use and most of all the sound quality of this unit and power were significantly better than the Sony unit it replaced, Made such a HUGE difference in the audio. It has BT and easily connects to your mobile device and support other media apps as well. VERY happy with this unit. Note: I did purchase this unit a an open box and it was missing the unit sleeve which is why I did not mark this as 5 stars. The notice on the unit did not state it was missing. I was able to reuse the one that was on the old head unit and it all worked out.

I was looking for a receiver for a transportation car. Just what needed. Great features with Bluetooth and connection directly to Spotify. Loved the colors of display. Easy installation.

Kenwood is a good, quality brand. The on screen text/numbers are large enough to read. Instruction booklet not great for someone who isn't all that tech savvy. Being a Senior Citizen an old style radio face plate with symbols that make sense for operating the radio would have been better. We're figuring it out...slowly.

Bought this for my daughter's 2006 VW Beetle. Great sound and display. Pairs great with multiple phones also. Bluetooth works fine also.

I had a Kenwood in the 90s and it was high quality not disappointed with this unit high quality all around and loaded with extras!

Works great, puts out great sound, has an amazing range of colors, super simple setup, as always the tuning options are amazing, only reason its not 5 stars is because it doesnt support phones with usb-c, maybe im doing it wrong, maybe im not but having to have an adaptor on your aux is slightly annoying and the sound isnt quite as good as a direct connection, now theres always bluetooth etc but i prefer a direct line. Other than that, great work kenwood/jvc keep it up!

It's a Kenwood so you know it's quality. This thing works great. 3 great preouts (which was what I needed most), plays everything I've tried (USB, phone, Spotify, and it even plays cd's, lol)... And this thing also has so many settings it will keep you busy playing with it for hours. But payoff is once you get it all dialed in, this thing delivers everything and then some. Highly recommend and great price.

FOR THE PRICE, YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS RADIO, GREAT RECEPTION, BEAUTIFUL COLORS, EASY TO SET UP, HANDS FREE CELL PHONE TALKING SETS OVER THE TOP!! ONLY THING MISSING FROM THIS RADIO IS A REMOTE, IF A REMOTE CAME WITH IT, IT DEFINATELY WOULD HAVE RECIEVED 5 STARS!!!!!

Lots of features...sometimes confusing to setup your features but can be figured out.Cd player,bluetooth, Sirius XM hookup,USB,flashdrive feature,different colors red,blue,purple, green,aqua blue,orange for display.

Just love my stereo in my truck and the kenwood stereo is easy enough to use although the instructions do not tell you how to use some features you can get on line to find more detailed info

I just installed the receiver and am a bit confused. The unit itself has a sleek professional look and sounds great. The confusion is that my Ipod 160 classic is not recognized by this unit. I check the Kenwood site and it does appear my IPOD can be used as a source. The box clearly states on the lower left hand corner of the box " Made for Ihone and Ipod" If I cannot connect my Ipod the receiver is useless to me.

Good product I love all the features that it has in such a small package. I got it for my Ford 95 lightning truck and got the speaker system upgrade on it. Looks nice and now sounds nice . Love it.

Great product and price was awesome. The simplicity of installation and the overall look compliments our interior of our muscle car. Easy to set up with your phone and you won't regret purchasing this pioneer product.

It is a great stereo good sound good amenities like it has a CD player which a lot of companies are not making but has settings for so many things. And carries the name Kenwood on it so you know it’s built well

The stereo is great, it was easy to figure out and has all of the features that I need in a car stereo, plus a few that are nice to have.
