Loved it but it's defective

Best Buy sent their repair team who said it can't be repaired and would need to be replaced. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't have any Kitchenaid's in stock, so I have to return it.

Unfortunately, all other brand dishwashers were out of stock for 2 month. Covid. Best Buy Installed the Dishwasher. It stopped working within 96 hours of installation. F8E4 - Error Code Best Buy replaced it after 10 days. Reinstalled the new one and assured us this will never happen again. The 2nd Kitchen Aid stops working every 20 days. Same Error - F8E4 . We did not get the Best Buy service so they can't help us. Kitchen Aid Helpline kept me on hold for 4 hours and then dropped the call. I wrote to them and they confirmed a date / time someone will come to repair it. No one showed up. We bought it in August 2020. We still don't have a proper functioning dishwasher. Every time F8E4 - Error Code comes, the dishwasher won't work. We unplug it for a week and then it starts working again for a few weeks before it breaks down . Even when it works, some spoons and dishes are not clean. PLEASE DO NOT BUY . KitchenAid has ZERO Service. We might have to waste money and buy a new one. I am going back to Bosch. It lasted 15 years and the dishes were immaculate.
