Do not buy refurbished Geek Squad items. I ordered a Lenovo monitor and thought I was getting a discount since it was used...turns out they just give you broken products. My monitor has two massive black lines that run across the screen...i'll be going through amazon next time

Great monitor. Glad I got it refurbished.
Lots of complaints in other reviews about the stand - largely because people expected it to move more than it does. It doesn't do anything but tilt. So, don't be surprised by that.

Very good build quality and very good picture quality. Packing was very weird everything was wrapped and secured with packing tape
