Easy to install-- replaced an older microwave and easier to slot in with the standard brackets that are used by this microwave. Looks very nice, and is easy to use too.

We received this microwave today .it is about the same as the one we replaced my wife likes the black interior it is very quiet and looks great in the kitchen with the rest of LG items

I don't think many people use a micro wave to its fullest. Me either, but this one replaced a GE unit that was very sad. So far we like the easy and sleek look after installation. Unit is quiet and has an easy, smooth door resistance when we open it. Pretty easy to find the right cook settings. Seems to be working fine but again, it's only been a few months. It did not come with a rack or shelf for layered or multiple cooking.

Very pleased with over the range LG Microwave. Inside is very easily cleaned. Love the stainless steel look--had white before and always looked dirty on the outside. Quiet and easy to use.

It's an excellent product that works very well. I give it a 10 out of 10.

It heats food good. Food is hot. Never cold. Always perfect. It’s like having a personal chef that cooks for you and fulfills all your cooking needs and desires.

An adequate, low-end over the range microwave Pros: * lower cost (though less expensive with same features are out there) * Fan suction is decent Cons: * Only one light bulb * Only one brightness level (on/off) * Loud fan * Only two fan speeds * No kitchen timer * Cannot start with +30 sec button if existing cook time. +30 sec should just be on the start button

Easy to clean stainless steel outside. Easy to clean on the inside. Heats food very well. The price was great for this microwave.

Quiet operation! This was important to me. Fan is noisy but they all are. It is a straightforward, relatively basic, microwave. Very happy with it.

Got open box for 50% off. Was customer return. Everything was there except the mounting screws, which i got at the hardware store for $1. Works great. I am an open box believer...

All we wanted to do was replace the old microwave and size was an issue. This unit is not flashy but does just what we wanted. I installed it myself and found it to be fairly easy.

Sounds loud, and heats well. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the equipment.

Was able to purchase an LG microwave 5 days before Christmas and it was installed 3 days before Christmas. The microwave is nice, I like the grey stainless interior a lot, it works efficiently, it has a hard close that is somewhat noisy, this microwave doesn’t have all the features I wanted, but Best Buy saved the day by having one available and being able to have it installed quickly!!

It fits perfectly and works great. The only thing we need to get used to, is the slight noise made when the inside rollers rotate the glass plate.

I have always had great service from Best Buy. I ran into a few hiccups with my purchase of the LG microwave, and thought that I was done with Best Buy. I had an interaction with a rep via phone I believe her name was Porsche. She finally was able to turn the purchase around and get things handled correctly. She restored my faith in Best Buy, and turned a bad experience back into a great one!
