Me either, but this one replaced a GE unit that was very sad. So far we like the easy and sleek look after installation. Unit is quiet and has an easy, smooth door resistance when we open it. Pretty easy to find the right cook settings. Seems to be working fine but again, it's only been a few months. It did not come with a rack or shelf for layered or multiple cooking.

Inside is very easily cleaned. Love the stainless steel look--had white before and always looked dirty on the outside. Quiet and easy to use.

I ran into a few hiccups with my purchase of the LG microwave, and thought that I was done with Best Buy. I had an interaction with a rep via phone I believe her name was Porsche. She finally was able to turn the purchase around and get things handled correctly. She restored my faith in Best Buy, and turned a bad experience back into a great one!
