At times it didn't run or heat the item. We called the geek squad and they assisted us in doing a return and replace. The replacement microwave and worked and we are happy since its installation. The return and replace was easy and with few questions ask.

I tried several different time settings, but they never came out hot and soft. It doesn't compare with our old Maytag microwave at all. The Maytag popcorn setting never burned the popcorn and the tortillas always came out hot and soft. #3) the light under the unit is very dime. Can't even tell it's on.

It has great features, power is more than adequate, and we like the specialty buttons. The microwave is heavy, but most over-the-range ones are. The mounting holes did not match up perfectly, so that required extra drilling, but the fit with the previous wall bracket was perfect.
