    We purchased this LG microwave to replace our other one that lasted almost ten years. It has great features, power is more than adequate, and we like the specialty buttons. The microwave is heavy, but most over-the-range ones are. The mounting holes did not match up perfectly, so that required extra drilling, but the fit with the previous wall bracket was perfect.

    This was a great upgrade. I love all the personalized options for thawing meat as well as something I have never seen - settings to melt and soften! Easy to install and easy to use!

    The control panel is overall much too dark and the words and numbers are not bright enough. There is no light to turn on to help the situation. There is no timer on the microwave controls. All surfaces show fingerprints and spots. It seems noisy.
