    Operating this microwave is very straightforward. It is a pleasure to use. The Installer assigned by Best Buy did a very nice job and it blends in with the stove area perfectly.

    This was a great upgrade. I love all the personalized options for thawing meat as well as something I have never seen - settings to melt and soften! Easy to install and easy to use!

    Great basic Microwave. I had an LG for several years when a surge destroyed it. This Microwave installed on the old Microwave's brackets, took twenty minutes to remove the old oven and hook this one up ready to go. I'm not a chef, but this oven meats all my kitchen needs. Its attractive, has more features than I need, and the fans work great for clearing the air in my small kitchen.

    The control panel is overall much too dark and the words and numbers are not bright enough. There is no light to turn on to help the situation. There is no timer on the microwave controls. All surfaces show fingerprints and spots. It seems noisy.
