    The plastic utilized in this model is of exceptionally poor quality and integrally weak. The handle came off after about 9 months, and the plastic tabs retaining the top stripabove the door also broke off a few months later.

    Cheap microwave with an LG label

    Really nothing fancy. Our old microwave that was probably half the cost was about the same. We got this as part of a package with our fridge and dishwasher. The screen is flickering on it already and it's not a year old yet.

    Stopped working in just 2 weeks of operation. Turntable is not working and not heating as well. Now i have to purchase another microwave.

    I had purchased the open box excellent for my condo and was remodeling and now moved in and the microwave totally not hot, not working. I dont suggest openbox and no warranty. Lost my money.

    I had to purchase this again for the 2nd time because the 1st one completely failed only after 3 years. Why buy again? Because all the other appliances are unfortunately LG. I will be replacing everything with “American” brand appliances in the near future. Korean brands are a major no go.

    Bought it on Nov 2021 and it just stop working… Know I need to buy another one, make sure to get warranty if you do get this one.

    The digital display already broke and constantly blinks and fades in and out. Cost $150 to fix. I only had it a few months when this happened.

    First time I tried to use the microwave it turned on it lit up but it’s not cooking the food. Very disappointing I have to wait two weeks before someone will be out to bring another one.

    Really cheap! The plastic numbers get scratched easily.... it gets dirty easily as well! I wouldn’t give it any stars if possible! I have the matching range and that one is perfect but this is not worth the money

    Frustrated customer

    Stopped working after 22 days. They are sending someone out to fix next week. If they can’t fix it they will give me a new one. It will probably take two months before I get it like this one did. It’s very frustrating.

    Ours stopped working in less than 2 years, on its own. We had to throw it away because it wouldnt even turn on so we dont have photos.
