Inexpensive, easy install with hubbys help to hold it up and works great!

Works great. The inside light is not bright enough.

If I could start over, I would *not* buy this LG microwave. A few months after we bought it, the interior light completed stopped working (not that it was bright enough to see well anyway; for such a cavernous interior, the light needs to be much brighter, and the LED just doesn't cut it.) Then, a couple months after that, we were running it and it made a loud vibrating noise just before it completed quit heating. The LG repair seeking process was also painful. You cannot get a live person, but only a chatbot. Eventually, they did send a repair guy, who was nice and punctual, but he couldn't fix it until more parts were ordered. We're now waiting for those to come and him to come back and install. We'll see if that fixes it, but come on. It's a microwave! It just be indestructible for *at least* a few years. POOR shoddy product from LG. Repair guy said LG "never replaces" anything, so buyer beware: LG sells lemons.

This is a great Microwave. Easy to use, powerful and large enough for bigger containers. The bell that tells you that your items are done is very nice to hear, not obnoxious like a lot of other microwaves.

Had to instore pickup to avoid the shipping fee, other than that, its a microwave that over the range and works as expected. Thank you best buy installation, communication was great and showed up as requested, no issues.

I really liked this unit, but my wife hated that the fan runs all the the time when it on. I loved the controls. We returned it. When you boil water in it, at least it vents well.

excellent product, quality and good product quality

I needed a basic model to replace my GE, was pleasantly surprised by its easy to use cook settings, cooking time is just right, doesn't over cook, also love the light chime sound when it's done cooking, as well as when timer is done. The interior is good, nicely lit although it's gray. It's been 6 months since the purchase, I'm happy overall, the slick exterior design looks great with my other stainless steel appliances. Please note get a pro to do the install, instruction not clear.

Nice looking microwave we have an LG kitchen and this was a good replacement for the older LG we had. Easy to use.

I’m not a fan of over the range microwaves, but our house came with one that I never liked, and after 3short years, no longer worked. The LG model we purchased to replace is quite an improvement! It is excellent quality, with much better features, (I.e. the underside has vents on both left and right sides). Changed my mind about not liking over the range microwaves, this one is a winner!

Great microwave. Great bargain. Matches all my stainless appliances and black countertops. Cleans up easily. I like that you can push a # and it cooks for that many minutes with on button push.
