It’s a little lower powered than our last one so we have to add a little more time than we are used to but overall works great. It would be nice if it were a little louder when the timer runs out, but that’s just nit picky. The tone when the timer goes off or your food is done is more of a tune than a beeping alarm so that nice as well.

I bought a ge in 2020 and it lasted two years. Replaced with same model number ge in 2022 and lasted two years. Decided to do more research and this microwave is an upgrade. I have a 15 amp circuit breaker and this unit is rated at 14 amps. Another brand I investigated was rated at 16 amps which would have been overload on the circuit. Recommend that buyer do their research before buying. Plenty is cooking options

Very quiet and has many nice features but for people like me, over 79, it is a bit hard to operate on some things. Still, it is a learning process, I guess. I have had far worse microwaves and I like this one a lot, in spite of too many bells and whistles..LG is like that on everything, I think.

It looks and works great. There is plenty of room inside and the power is 1000W. I love the gray interior vs white. As opposed to other comments, there is a timer function that is separate from any active cooking settings. My only complaint is that the end-of-cooking tone is very quiet. I wish there was a way to increase the volume.

We didn’t want to return it after the work so we called and they gave us a small gift card to help out. We love the microwave, though. Works great and fit perfectly.
