    The microwave look good with black and stainless steel. The buttons need to be pressed hard to ensure functionality. Overall, it’s average. I Hope it works as long as the LG it replaced, which was 22 years.

    Internal light blew within few months on over the range microwave model: MVEM1721F. You can’t replace it without removing the oven, it’s so complicated. It’s still under warranty so LG agreed to send technician and send parts in timely manner. The first visit was made per schedule but technician didn’t do anything giving excuse of his health. He didn’t show up at next appointment and since then no response from him on text or email. The automated LG customer service gives kind words but doing no actual help. I am so disappointed with the product design and LG customer service.
