Waited 7 weeks for this microwave and the store only ordered one. So when it came in the door was uneven and had to be adjusted cause we couldn't wait another 7 weeks for another one. The lg tech was very nice and very knowledgable and had the door adjusted in no time. I love the controls on the door, very easy to reach. Like a lot of the features, like nite light, and different speeds for the fan. We could not find a comparable lg microwave in stock or without the long wait. I would recommend this microwave if you don't mind waiting.

It's decent. The light underneath is not very bright. The fan doesn't sound much different between low and high.

we have had this microwave for a month now and it is incredible. the bottom buttons is what sold us on this microwave since it is above the range. it makes it easier to manage. no complaints so far!

Excellent microwave I will be using it for years to come it has a lot of great features that help cooking items quickly and hot.

Works like it should and is very good-looking. I have all black appliances and even though the perimeter of the microwave is not pitch black the window area is And looks great with my other black appliances.

Loved the look and functionality of this LG Overhead Microwave which we purchased in January 2017. Now, about 2 years later the start pad has failed and our 2 year Geek Squad Protection Plan just ran out. Recommend that you get a 5 year plan if buying this appliance.

Works just fine, so far no issues with it cooking. It heats things up rapidly. The only thing I noticed was a low vibration that I can hear from my bedroom that I didn't have with my previous microwave.

Just purchased this Item 5 weeks ago. the door switch failed, have to have LG service company send service tech out to repair. microwave was working great to this point, excellent cooking, looks easy to use. hopefully it is just a faulty door switch and does not take two trips to fix. would give it 5 stars if there was no problem with switch.

Enjoying my new microwave. Easy to use and clean. I had purchased a Samsung microwave before this (sent it back) because Samsung has 2 permanent cardboard covers screwed inside the unit and buttons were hard to push.

Love the buttons along the bottom, other than it makes it so short people can’t see the food inside the microwave. Still haven’t set up all the extra functions, but so far so good on all of the preset functions.

So easy to use~A button for reheating everything. Walks you through everything~fantastic microwave!!

Nicest microwave i have owned. Needed to replace one with electral issues, this one has so many features that makes life so much easier with 3 kids!

This microwave is unique in the fact that the controls are below on the door and it’s easier to see and reach for shorter people

This replaced one with the same outside dimensions and yet the inside seems much bigger. Like the overall appearance

What can you say about a microwave. They all basically do the same thing. The only difference is the options you have to work with. This one has several, like re-heating and you can pick the size of container your trying to reheat, like a dinner plate, a bowl of soup and so on. We usually use a time based reheat so haven't tried the sensor cooking part of it, by letting it sense when an item is reheated based, I believe on the amount of steam it detects coming from the food.

I like where the controls are on this microwave. It heats quickly and evenly. This was purchased to go with the matte black set. I love all of these appliances.
