Only three years old and screen is already out on it. Using an external sound device was impossible because the ports were too noisy no matter the quality of the cable or whether I used optical sound cable or HDMI sound. The apps were outdated very quickly and no liner updated after a year. Had to buy a Roku or use my Xbox. Invest in a different brand.

Got this television for my mom she love love love it, the deal was great and the picture is perfect

The picture is a slight let down, also the unit casing makes unwanted flexing popping noises suddenly, you never know when it will happen.

The upscaling this TV can do is very good. Programs and games that are not in 4K still look a lot better. You do get a "soap opera" effect when first viewing the higher resolution on some programming. This can present iteslef as noticing much more camera shake, to the crispness of the image creating hyper-realistic imagery that creates odd looking movement. After a week or so, I adjusted, though still notice it from time to time.

Good TV for the average viewer. The Netflix and Youtube channels are very nice quality on the tv.

For the price I got this TV for I'm really impressed with it. First LG TV and I will buy another.

Not an LG fan anymore. Bought this a little over two years ago and it just went out. Tv won’t turn on. Bought a two year protection plan that just expired. Thought I was buying a good brand of tv.

I got the tv for a bedroom and it is a good size for the room. The picture is clear and bright.

it is amazing. it is the same size as the previous tv i had. but this one is 4K and a smart TV.

I love LG tvs and I prefer them to Samsung's. This is a consumer model and it was OK. I would rather get a 1080p than a half baked 4K.

After 2yrs if barely using it. It started showing no picture only sound. The picture would come and go.

Watching this tv is just like being in the middle of the action-thats how GREAT this tv is.

Please don’t get an LG. I purchased mine in 2017, I’m on vacation and bing watching tv because of the pandemic and guess what happen in the middle of one of my show my picture quality went BLACK. We turn off the tv and turn it back on NOTHING, so the next morning went on YouTube to see if I could fix it, did everything it ask me to do and nothing works. Then I started reading other people post and I saw I was not the only one, for others it only took 3 months or 2 years should I be happy HELL NO. All my other tvs are Samsung and they are much older than this one. This one was the baby 3 years 6 months and the TV is gone. My advice don’t get and LG or check out people reviews and get at your own risk. Also this one is for LG support I also try that and your page was blank it redirected me, I tried everything. Very disappointed and frustrating because I spent a lot of money on this and it lasted 3 and 1/2 years.

I love this tv so much. Great quality for a great deal and hung up easy in my living room.
