We opted for a higher priced model to gain additional functionality. BUT the control panel visibility is a big fail. Except for the clock window, there is NO backlighting behind any of the function buttons. Even with the layered lighting in our kitchen, it’s impossible to read the other buttons without a small flashlight in hand. For this reason alone, we would not again purchase the range. Note: Our LG washer & dryer buttons are well-lit and very easy to read.

We returned it before even using it because the handle edges were sharp, and it turned on all by itself several times. To keep it from turning on, you have to "lock" it, and it leaves a red ugly analog locked message on the display screen. The oven looks like a 1980s invention. Extremely disappointed. Best buy shows it turned over a week ago but they still have not calculated the refund. I have called and chatted with clueless offshore employees several times about it and gotten nowhere. I'm hoping they "finalize" the refund total soon, as we exchanged this for another oven and my Best Buy credit card shows both charges without the credit for the returned oven. Terrible customer service...
