Picture quality will make you want to have any excuse possible to watch your OLED tv all day long. It is so real ... the other tvs just don't compare.

Pros: The TV is amazing! Upgraded from a 2 year old Sony XBR 55" and that TV looks like junk now. It's amazing how much pure black makes the other colors pop. Wife and I argue over which TV we get to play the PS4 on. The SmartTV functions are great. Can stream video's through the phone. Cons: Haven't ran into any so far. I wish it could connect to my storage device connected to my router but no big deal. It also DOES to Picture and Picture. BIGGEST PROBLEM! BEST BUY! Bought the TV at $500 off and a Xbox promotion (that I didn't really want). Then a week later the darn thing is $2000 off the price! When I went back in within the time frame the would not honor the price change! This will be my last Best Buy purchase.

We love our new 4K smart TV! Picture quality is great. The Geek Squad did a great job setting it up and returned to correct a problem at no cost.

I use my TV for viewing TV programs only. The picture quality for HD channels is amazing, but not so good for non HD channels. The sound quality was very disappointing. The sound also had a distinct tendency to not sync up with the lips of people. It would come and go. Error messages concerning Dolby Vision kept coming up. Best Buy had never heard of this. LG supposedly fixed this with an April upgrade. My TV was made in July, and still had the problem. LG said they were working on another fix. Sometimes the menu would not come up. I had to reboot the TV several times (unplug and plug back in). I wanted to love this TV because of the picture quality, but all I could do is see problems. I returned the TV.

We were excited when we first bought this tv Nov. 2016. The picture was beautiful but those days are gone. We now have a blue line across the screen and LG customer support has no solution. Some of the apps are now outdated and can not be used correctly.. We were told to buy a new TV or Roku to be able to stream live channels. The smart picture option will not work. We had an Ethernet port put in as required for smart picture to work and add it to the list for another LG costly mistake. Do yourself a favor and do Not buy this TV. We paid premium dollar when this was first introduced and sure wish we had not wasted the money.

Within 6 months of purchase the screen had TERRIBLE burn in. Called every month for over 6 months before they replaced the screen. The only reason they did then was because Best Buy store mgr. talked to them and said the store had same problem with displays.

Exactly as I expected. The sound bar complicated the on-off procedure.

You have to go letter by letter to use your smart tv that take forever

Did a lot of research before deciding on the Oled from LG. Pros: Could not be happier with the picture. Best I've seen. Web OS3 is intuitive and easy to use. Light weight compared to my 65" plasma. Cons: Minor quibbles only. Written manual is terrible. Ethernet port is only 100mbs. My home speed is 900 mbs. Have to use wireless ac for faster speeds.

Great picture. I feel like I am in the movies. Love everything about this TV. This TV has brought the family together into one room.

This TV is perfect if you do not need the 3D or Curve effect. OLED is Awesome. Extremely pricey but when you turn it ON - You see why. Reviews are great. Super SMART and easy to navigate the menus. The biggest shock was not knowing when it was ON or OFF because of the perfect BLACK. Would I buy it again at the same price after owning it for a while - YES - Wouldn't waste my money on anything else.
