Once I just started using it...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't had this long enough to review the durability over time, but at this point we're very happy with the dryer. It was a bit difficult to get past the "airflow" test... which I ultimately didn't do and just started drying clothes. But after figuring out how to use the dryer, it is great.

When I saw the smart features of the machine and learned first hand how great their 24/7 customer service works, I knew I had to have the LG Dryer . I will buy all LG Appliances in the future.

I get D80 constantly, even right after duct cleaning. I launder a lot of towels, and it struggles to dry them. The reason for the D80 is because there is not enough heat on heavy duty to dry them in a reasonable time period. I had geek squad out with my coverage to take a look and they said it was operating normally. So ... to conserve energy, don't produce enough heat, we have to run it 2x or 3x as long. Good idea.
