It has a very large capacity and it gets the job done. It is a lot different from my Samsung dryer in regards to time (it takes longer than Samsung) but other than that it perfect

I really like using the app to check how much drying time is left and sending me a notification when the items are done. Plus the delivery team from best buy did a great job setting everything up.

Best Buy installation was efficient and professional. New units perform flawlessly. Both the washer and dryer have more options than we’ll ever need.

It dries the laundry so quickly and very efficiently! Cant believe how quickly it dries our.comforters and towels. Any large load can be dried in less than 50 mins. Its very energy efficient aswell.

I especially like the lint trap, which is a big deal to me. When I'm shopping for a dryer it's the first thing I look at. Only thing it doesn't have is a light inside. I don't mind this

Quiet and Efficient

I see that the dryer takes a lesser time compared to our previous dryer. I barely hear anything when it runs so it’s probably even better if you keep it in a separate room or closet.

Sorta either way regarding the internet connectivity, but getting my phone to beep at me when a cycle is done is sometimes more useful in keeping me on task when handling multiple loads of laundry than the chime - especially since I disabled it. Rating at a 3 because it... does the job. There's nothing super special about it and it's not bad, but it doesn't blow my mind or wow me with how super amazing it is or anything. You cannot run Doom on it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As a quick troubleshooting step, to adjust the volume or turn off the chime for the end of the cycle, look for a Signal button on the control panel. Pressing this button repeatedly often allows you to cycle the volume settings through High, Low, and Off.

The controls are easy to use. I would definitely recommend to any one in the market for a new dryer . It makes my laundry room look so nice. It doesn't hurt that I got it for a great price too.

Easy to use and does a great job drying our clothes. A perfect match with LG's washer. Suggest you purchase the matching riser to eliminate the need to bend over too far to load the clothes.

Our Best Buy advisor was very knowledgable and helpful in dealing with the problem. The dryer works great and meets all our expectations.

I love the fact this dryer is connectable via wifi and LG App. i can start clothes drying, get notified once it stops and so much more. it gives you a heads up if any issues arise. 5 out of 5
