In the world dominated by Samsung & Apple, this is the best darn thing. And really - it shines as bright as both. Same great Android quality at a fraction of the price. Camera is just as good as an iPhone. I even included a shot I took at Arches last month.

The ☎ is easy to use but to use the apps is a nightmare. Google requires registration for most apps.

My wife and I both had Samsung Note 2s. They basically gave up the ghost and I had been researching Android phones for months prior. ( Saw it coming). I decided I was tired of Samsung proprietary bloateare. But I also couldn't afford 100.00 a month for new phones. Found the G5. Great processing speed good memory, great camera. The size was a hurdle for me. I have very large hands. But my wife prefers it to her note. Plus Sprint just lowered the price to 9.99 a month. So it solved many dilemas. The battery life at least for my usage is sub par. But I stream music all day. I thinK LG is aware of this. Our deal came with a free external battery for each phone. The only other issue is the notification LED is TINY! Hard to see. But all around a great phone at an awesome price.

The processor on the G5 loads web pages super fast.. The display and camera functinons are phenomenal ,as well as the length of the battery life. The LG G5's unique modular design lets you swap in fun accessories. It has (two!) great rear cameras, expandable storage and a replaceable battery -- a rarity in high-end phones. I love this phone and will continue to use LG products

The good: This phone has a fun camera. Easy to use. I like that you can replace the battery. The price I got it for couldn't be beat. The ok: the fingerprint scanner The bad: LG support service is incompetent and the gps is pretty bad. When using the maps function for directions it'll often send me in circles and tell me i'm in the river instead of the freeway. Overall: I wouldn't pay full price for this phone. I'd only recommend it if you get a good deal for it. I think I use the maps function too much and that's kind of a deal breaker.

Bought this phone to replace the Lg G3 . I like to try out other phones. This phone feels solid but is not quite as solid as the G3. The price has come down so it is a very good buy when it is in ~$100 range. I actually like the battery swapping feature but can see why others would not. The cameras and on board memory are great. The phone has a quick charger which is really nice. In general I recommend LG's products because they are typically solid. This one was a flop at release but not every phone is going to sell well.

I replaced my HTC M8 with this LG5. This phone has a bigger and better screen. It also is faster. The battery module is a huge plus. Another key feature for my is the quality of sound. I'm bummed that we did not get the add on DAC here in the US, but the standard DAC is close to that of the HTC M8. If you are serious about your sound the this is one of the top phones. Especially, if you enjoy Hi-Res audio and FLAC compatibility.

Great dual camera option, bigger screen than the Samsung S5 which we were replacing, and better processor speed and memory. Great options and features, could use water proof, but im sure that will come out on the next one of course. Better priced than the more popular iphone or Samsung's. Don't make the mistake of passing this one up.

Ive been using the note phone by samsung for the past 6 years. I recently broke my last note phone. They no longer offered replacements so i began to check out various reviews of phones online. The census from different tech forums ranked the Lg 5 forth. With that in mind i went to bestbuy and started playing with the different phones. Right off the bat the camera caught my attention. It takes a beautiful picture that rivals any of the other top phones in the market. It also has a widescreen feature built into the system which is a cool feature and great for taking pictures of my tile jobs for work. It also comes preloaded with some cool apps including a universal remote that works with several different electronics. All the different brands of those various electronics equipment are loaded on there. The picture quality of the screen is gorgeous as well. It also has the capability of being upgraded with memory or other functions with plugin slots built into the phone. I will definitely get the Lg 6 when my upgrade is available. I wish it was waterproof and dust proof like some of the other top brands. I would and have already recommended this phone to others.

I have no real issues with this phone. It is snappy, the camera is good. Not crazy about the ui and has sprint bloatware. The screen is nice and it is a good size, not too big. Good deal for 7 dollars per month payments.

One of the last phones that has a removable battery and isn't in the "phablet" category. Fits perfectly in the hand, very snappy, great screen and a metal body. Comes with cool modules which I may have to try in the future! Overall I am very happy with the purchase!

Fast responsive nice screen fingerprint scanner is great. Boots fast, battery is adequate {came with second battery so boo-yah}. 4 because I can't root it or kill all the bloatware.

Love the ability to put a different battery in on the fly but gps seems to have issues at times. Overall the phone is solid and love the dual cameras

My mom has this phone and my sister had the older version before. I love it. The camera works great and the battery charges pretty fast. A fully charged battery usually last me the whole day.

Perfect size and weight. Even with my larger kickstand case, I can navigate and type very easy. Quick charge and navigation. Could use a better external speaker but good enough.

I am very impressed with my LG 5. Is very fast and the camera is way better than I phones or Samsungs. (I had them all and can tell the difference). Is a lot cheaper too.

Bought phone for husband as a second phone. He takes it everywhere. Easy to use, takes great pictures, and he really likes the size. Very good price.

I took advantage of the recent promo for replacing a leased LG G4 with this phone instead of waiting for the G6 and I am glad that I did. The screen is great and battery life has improved immensely compared to the previous model, I am not having to plug this phone in after using it all morning and switching batteries is pretty convenient if I have to power up again. The cameras are exceptional and I really use the wide angle a lot more than I thought I would. Overall, I feel that this was an exceptional value.
