Great Overall Gaming Headset

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Great audio quality and ability to customize the sound through the Logitech mobile app. The ability to charge the headset on the stand ensures you'll never run out of battery in a gaming session. Cons: The setup instructions could be better. I had to look up a YouTube video to make sure I did it correctly. I would also say that it was a bit annoying that the headset doesn't have separate volume controls for the Bluetooth and console connections. It would also help to have a better illustration of what the buttons do (e.g., I didn't know how to mute - done by moving the mic bar up).

Extremely comfortable and great sound.

As an added benefit, it comes with free access to the Dolby App on xbox so you can adjust sound. Mic is clear and easy to mute(flip upright). Highly recommend.

Good But Was Expecting More

They are very soft. Comfort was really good. The reason for the average rating, I compared to a cheap pair of HyperX headphones. Both wireless. the A50 beat out the HyperX on comfort but I was expecting more out of the sound. Granted I didn't physically mess with the settings, I just went with the preset. There was not static in the sound, do disconnect issues so far. I don't usually play my games blaring, so I get that. I just expected a little more oomph from the A50 due to the price tag. If you have money to burn, then yeah, but realistically if you think you're going to get this massive sound upgrade you may or may not be disappointed.

Love wireless headsets

Very comfortable. I really enjoy the dock and ease to use. I have heard different opinions on the dock not being good but I’ve had them for about Three weeks or so, so we’ll have to see if they get worse overtime but all in all I think these are really good headset. The price is a bit steep, of course but if you have money to spend, and want a good pair of headphones. I believe these are a good choice

Astro A50 5th Generation Review

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A little bit heavy but good quality, I can’t say I hear nay better than my old Steel series Artic Novas but the mic quality for console is easily 10x better the noise suppression is also top notch and the app was easy to use in my opinion just install on your phone and Bluetooth one time it saves it after that. I use my headset mainly for siege x formally rainbow 6 siege and I’ve been diamond and champ MMR with no issues yet with my current Astro A5 5th gen.

Great sound, lackluster hardware

Even my buddies say I sound much clearer. The wireless distance is also impressive. My biggest issue is that all the cushioning is very cheap and can't even support the headsets right. The to if my head starts hurting fairly quickly since the cushion is totally flattened resulting in no support. This then causes my ears to hurt since they're picking up the weight. My true rating is 3.5 stars. At this price I expect comfort.

Best headset I’ve bought

Amazing

I must say i love these headsets the sound is amazing voice chat is clear, but however the software is horrible. Logitech doesn't explain what software you can use they tell you to use Dolby digital or G-hub. G-Hub constantly crashes when you try to install it but when you look in your notification panel its installed. I thought i got away from these issues only to go thru it again. All the money you pay for these headsets you would thing the software would be on point.

He loves how loud they are and how well the sound is. The only thing he recommended was a charging dock as we're the wall plug is located he was unable to charge them as the wire didn't reach all he had to do was rearrange the room therefore this was an easy fix.
