    When my G935 is wearing out, I thought the Pro X would be a nice replacement. I was excited to receive the Pro X Wireless. But I was shocked after I plugged it into my PC. I made sure I turned the volume all the way up to the max, it still sounded like 50% of G935. Not going to work for me unfortunately.

    Basically garbage. Returned it to BB and purchased something else because it constantly lost connection 100+ times per day. Sound was decent, though, so it gets a 2.

    The guy manning the computer desk on Sunday afternoon did NOT listen to my needs for a device. I specifically said i needed noise canceling headphones for Zoom meetings. These are NOT noise canceling. They do NOT utilize Bluetooth, therefore do NOT connect to any mobile phone. He also said they could be used wired to the computer, which is also inaccurate, according to Logitech. So while this is a nice fitting set of headphones, i must rate the customer service i received in making this purchase, rather than the device itself.
