popping sound while trying to use the microphone. the popping sound was only coming up when you finished talking which even for me gets really annoying. if you're on the other side of the chat it's probably worse

It’s good headset but I don’t see any difference to the g935 I thought it to get good sound but the same it’s not worth $199 l, After using it for more than an hour or two, your ears will hurt, I return it.

I wanted to love these so much. They felt amazing, sound was great or the first week, plus it matched all my other logi peripherals. Yo, but this headsets became absolute trash. The sound would always cut off, no matter what troubleshooting I tried, I could never get rid of the snap,crackle, pop from the sound. I tried to go through Logitech for help but they just sent a list of troubleshooting option I have already done. Shout to Best buy for the return policy. Got rid of them so fast and went with Hyper X. Wait for these to drop in price, or get updated because they have issues.
Sorry to see you're having audio quality issues with the G PRO X Wireless Gaming headset. Sometimes you may get interference with the headset if the dongle isn't plugged in all the way to the USB port. Also, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that you can claim for a replacement. Bought this headset because I lost my previous one. The new headset has a terrible intermittent scratchy sound. Guess I got a bad one.

I can only recommend this purchase if you plan on buying replacement ear pads, the original ones aren't made very good and your ear rubs against the inside, which causes some pain after a bit.
Hello John, I am sorry to hear this headset is causing you discomfort. There should have been another set of softer velour ear pads inside the box as well. If they were not in there, please file warranty claim so we can get them sent to you. This headset comes with a 2 year warranty through Logitech. Cutting the wire not worth the drawbacks

For the sake of your sound do NOT get the wireless version. The wireless version sounds SIGNIFICANTLY worse than it's wired counterpart. I was excited to get the wireless version of my favorite headset but my friends literally told me I sounded like I was talking from a drive-thru box LOL. The audio also is much quieter compared to the wired so if you like to listen to your music loud then is also not for you. There are too many drawbacks to even justify the premium you are paying for wireless. Trust me and get the wired. Or get the corsair virtuoso which has a much better microphone on it if you MUST have a wireless gaming headset.

If you haven't already, I would highly recommend downloading our G Hub software here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133 this way you can alter the audio settings to your liking. This headset also has a Blue Voice option which will allow you to use different filters and adjust the audio settings even more. Considering the price the sound quality was not very good. Returned and purchased something different, well made though. Quality just wasn't really there for the price.
