Also download our G Hub Software to access and control the features. Last but not least Microphone mute toggle • Microphone is active when red is not visible. Microphone is muted when red is visible. Volume wheel • Rotate up to increase OS volume. Rotate down to decrease OS volume. Power switch • Power is on when cyan is visible. Power is off when red is visible. Headset will power down automatically after 30 minutes of no audio to save battery life. To resume use, turn the power off, then back on again. Timeout value can be adjusted in G HUB. USB C charging port • Use provided USB A to USB C charging cable to charge headset by plugging into USB port on PC. Cable is for charging and firmware update only – audio will not play over wired connection. Microphone • For optimal voice pickup, place foam ball approximately two fingers’ width from the corner of your mouth. Blue VO!CE functionality can be enabled using G HUB software. Once you open the box and pick up the Logitech Pro X headset, one of the first things you may notice is the large circular metallic “G” logo on either side, surrounded by rubberized black plastic that’s soft to the touch, but may scratch easily. Overall, it looks and feels like a quality product. In the box, you will find a set of microfiber/foam ear pads to swap out the leather ones, a detachable mic, a nice bag to store your headset and a USB-C charging cable.
I really like all the included accessories, the cloth ear pads are a nice addition, and are a great choice if you live in a hot area. They aren’t as good as the leatherette ear pads at passively cancelling noise. They were very easy to install and take off.
I also really appreciate the included carry pouch, although I don’t know when I would ever use it.
The headset:
The headset overall performs very well, after a week of testing, I did not notice any delay or lag. They are very comfortable, especially with the microfiber foam ear pads. I had them on for hours. The headset could use a little more bass, but it is very good other than that. The surround on this headset works very well, I would say it works better without the emulated surround available in the software. Something irritating about the headset is that you have to manually turn on the headset every time, unlike their other products, such as a mouse, which automatically turn on. I also find that my ears touch the inside of the headphones, the ear pads are oval, compared to my current RAZER headphones which are round, so it provides more space for your ears. I found the sound quality to be very good, better than the 2 Razers I compared it to, although to be fair, the headsets I compared this to are lower price points. The sound was louder and clearer on the Pro X compared to my current headset.
These are all small nitpicky complaints, and this headset is overall very good and if you are searching for a wireless headset in this price range, this is a good choice.

Amazing Headset
Sound, Design, Function and comfort, all Fantastic
Love being wireless. 20 + hours battery life is also fantastic.
No latency that I can notice.
Set up was a breeze. Plug in the USB dongle and your good to go. It is that easy. Windows auto installs device drivers.
Now the G-hub software was a different story. I tried to install multiple times with no luck. I researched this a bit and found others have had similar issues. Fortunately, the headphones work without the software, but you lose the added functions like EQ, Blue Voice, surround sound, etc. that come from the G Hub app. Fortunately I was able to test some of the features as my other computer already had the G Hub installed. I did like the Blue Voice settings as it provides a crisper studio sound to the mic. The EQ and Surround were just okay to me, nothing special.
Comfort – The ear pads are very comfortable. I find they cover my ears completely unlike other over the ears headsets I have tried in the past. Very comfortable. You also receive an extra set which is nice.
Build Quality – The look and feel are high quality. Well built with Steel headband, Aluminum forks and Premium Leatherette ear pads with memory foam.
Sound and usability - I first tested on a Microsoft Teams meeting and everything went perfect. Audio and microphone sound great.
I then proceeded to YouTube for Music and then to online gaming. Sound is amazing.
Bass is great and all other sounds are very well balanced. You hear every detail of the sounds.
Logitech has been impressing me lately with the quality and build of all the latest devices I have tried.
I can confidently recommend these headphones once the software issue is resolved.

Went through 3 of these and i only say 3because my baby brother owns a pair as well and the dongle just gives on theses. Audio cutting in and out on my Pc and PS5 i will never buy another pair again. Just going to buy some studios and call it a day

Honestly, it was solid headset and it could've continued to be. But now a month in and it's not playing any sound besides a blasting static. This is despite me not using it very frequently and its in very good condition, so I'm not quite sure what's up. Odd that it broke after the return date expired so that sucks.

Broke after 2 weeks. Headset started to get a popping/crackling noise every 30 seconds one week after use. Never used near full volume but wasn’t impressed. I would recommend going with some steel series since my last pair before this lasted over 5 years.

Constant White Noise

The headset has a constant white noise when it is powered on. It continued if it was connected and if it wasn't. I have tried messing with the settings but nothing would fix it. I don't know if I got a bad headset but for the price I would expect a better sound quality. I will be returning this headset.

THESE ARE TERRIBLE. do not get these. worst bluetooth headset ive ever tried. better off with steelseries or just get the astro a50. the sound is straight trash.

I bought this with high excpectation from the blue voice and other stuff, but the mic was really bad. My friends were laughing at me for spending a lot of money for this poor mic quality. My phone’s mic is better thsn this headset mic. I am just disappointed.

Poor sound quality even going thru all the fps headphone profiles. People make their own on the Logitech app and even then everything sounds off. That’s why I switched to steelseries

Ok sound from mic and earphones first week. Terrible sound the following week. Wireless began to cut out and distort. Voice was distorted and audio was distorted. Wireless range definitely not as stated. Maybe 10 feet max before audio cut out and distorted.

Judging by the distorted audio, it sounds like it's either a bad receiver or a bad USB port that you're using. I would recommend switching the receiver to a USB port possibly on the top of your computer to see if that helps minimize interference and possibly extend the range. If you are still having issues after that, I would recommend contacting us via our support site for further assistance.

Terrible sound quality

The most terrible audio I've heard in a long time. I am used to the hyper x flight s, and this is night and day difference to audio quality. I am returning these asap, and going back to the flight s. I'll live with the poor mic quality on the hyper x's.

In order to improve the audio features and mic quality, you have to download the G Hub companion app! This will let you do things like enable Blue Vo!ce for the best mic capture quality, as well as be able to change how you "hear" in the headphones themselves. Hope that helps clear up some confusion.

Missing: Mic, the ear cups were replaced with the replacement ones and was taken, no manual. Only thing I received was the headset, which was a little dirty, the usb, and the charging cable.
DON'T ORDER FROM BEST BUY!! I recommend ordering it somewhere else more trustworthy.
