My only complaint is after a g-hub update the scroll wheel will randomly stop working for audio. Changing the USB port fixes this but its a minor annoyance for an overall amazing product

They have a new model built off this one and it’s also fantastic. You won’t be able to tell a difference between the two, so if you want to save the money get this one.

My 11 year old wanted these because they are wireless and were available to pickup. I have also used them and am impressed with the quality. Recommend and happy with this purchase.

I did test the mic, since i use a professional mic. I was able to get it on sale and a few Bestbuy points that i had but the price tag is a bit high.

I dreamed of a wireless version and my dreams were answered. -Enter Pro X wireless- The sound quality and build are top notch and now that there is wireless lightspeed it is perfect. Could not recommend more.

They feel very comfortable to use even with my glasses. The headphones worked right from the get go without needing any software. When I use the BlueVoice setting for my microphone it makes it sound incredibly worse.

The sound quality is great and the range is good as well. While the sound quality from the mic is good I find that the flexible mic lead does not always stay in place.

constant, quiet, annoying hiss

It occurs anytime the headset is turned on, even when the USB receiver is not plugged in. Even when the wifi is turned off. This is not an interference issue like some other brands, it's more about the internal volume level. I have another pair of wireless headphones that have a manageable hiss as long as the headset volume is between 20 and 80% (razer nari ultimate), but these Logitechs do not have volume controls. Otherwise, sound is great, comfort is great, I just cant look past the hiss.

Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry that you have experienced an issue with your G Pro X LIGHTSPEED Wireless headset; I would like to help. I have attached a link to the the G Pro X headset's "Getting Started" page for your reference. If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech "G Hub" software for customization and updates. There are options for sound settings through the "G Hub" software. This headset has a volume wheel on the back of the left ear cup, and volume can be adjusted though your system as well. Please check your system settings for sound, and also please check for system and driver updates. I hope these suggestions are helpful. Please visit the Logitech website for further support.
