Purchased these about 18 months ago and it decided to randomly stop working. Apparently it’s somewhat of a known issues that Logitech is hellbent on ignoring. I use it mainly for work and some gaming, but I purchased these because I wanted something high quality that would last. Now I’m waiting 72 hours for Logitech to approve the warranty and then another 5-7 days for shipping. Look elsewhere unless you’re cool with dropping $200 a year on headsets.

Returned short battery life

I was charging these every day and it got old. Returned them for the Alpha wireless

They are Hot!

My only problem is that they make my ears sweat a lot. This gives it an unpleasant feel. Every 10 min I find myself wanting to take them off. But other than that, I have had no issues!

I really wanted to keep them but I had to return due to a constant buzzing or humming on the left side speaker. This is a common issue with this model come to find out. It’s not very noticeable because it’s very low but it drove me insane. Some people are more sensitive to this than others from my research, so maybe it won’t bother you and they will be a great set!

Awesome quality

The only bummer is they aren't Bluetooth. In order to use them the USB adapter must be plugged into the device (TV/computer). Not a complaint but hadn't done my research beforehand, having the option to use this with my phone wouldn't taken it over the edge.
