Excellent battery life and compatibility with macOS and windows. I use it daily with both OS and it’s perfect. Backlight is great and motion sensors that activate them are magic.

The best low profile keyboard for Mac.

I was weary about getting this, as normally I go for custom boards. HOWEVER, that being said, this is probably the smoothest low profile board I have used with the best ergonomics. The Switches are at least nicer to use than low profile Gaterons and not TOO scratchy for a stock board. The sound profile on the tactile is kind of like that of pebbles dropping in a lake. It also allows me to simply my workspace with a receiver for both my mouse and keyboard, while maintaining above-bluetooth performance/reliability. Additionally, the mic control is amazing for long meetings.
Note: I have had major issues with LogiOptions for years at this point on Mac. LogiOptions+ seems to have fixed all or at least most of my major issues and has restored my trust in Logitech. Even if you don't buy this and have another MX device, give the new app a try and see if it fixes your issues.

This is a very good and practical keyboard… you can carry everywhere very easily and it works with 3 different bluetooth devices (mac mini, laptop and ipad for exemple)… easy set up and the battery stands for a loooong time… very good
Thank you for the wonderful review of the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini! We're so glad you find it practical and portable, and that you're enjoying the seamless multi-device Bluetooth connectivity. We're also happy to hear the easy setup and long battery life are meeting your needs. We appreciate you sharing your positive experience!

A great mechanical keyboard

While this keyboard is a bit pricey, if you're someone who doesn't know enough about keyboards to learn the ins and outs of building one yourself, I think this is a decent alternative. The white lighting leaves a lot to be desired in the way of their capacity for effects, but I think it feels and sounds great. It has become my preferred keyboard to use over the MX Keys and a Magic Keyboard. It has a solid construction and weight. Nor have I experienced any connection issues. More intuitive lighting effects would be great. P.S. I do not care for RGB lighting and the lack of it in this product did not impact my overall opinion.
It’s fantastic to hear that you’re loving the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini! We’re thrilled that you appreciate the feel of the switches, build quality, backlighting, and multi-device functionality. Enjoy your new keyboard!

Best minimalistic keyboard i have used so far. Battery life exceeds expectations by a lot compared to other similar keyboards like the K3. Only problem is with the price. May stop some frkm going for it.

Very pleased with the keyboard and it’s very minimal. It has everything like backlighting, wireless, long battery life, can connect to multiple devices, and it is also programmable too.

Best Bluetooth Sync From Wake

I tried & bought tons of Mechanical Wireless Keyboard and this by far the best Mechanical Bluetooth Keyboard which sync instantly with MacOS & Windows after wake. It does cost more than other brands (Keychron, RKRoyal, etc) that I bought but this keyboard bluetooth sync without any issues and I also prefer the key strokes on this for normal day typing compare to other brands. Now just need to see how long it'll last.
The only downside so far is the plastic back cover, my Keychron provided an aluminum/metal back cover and cost less but functions wise LogicTech win. Even though the back cover is plastic it's still solidly build without any flexing since the top cover is aluminum/metal.
I wish Logitech can made a TKL version also.

I love the feel of this keyboard! No more looking at my fingers to see if I'm hitting keys correctly. It just feels so right. And its smaller size easily fits into my rolltop desk. I'm in heaven.

Keyboards have are extensions of ourselves. So trying to decide on the key type of a mechanical keys is a true matter of your personality. I purchased the tactile switch version. However, I think most people will prefer the linear switch, which is quite. All versions are smooth for typing and high quality keyboard you come to expect from Logitech. This keyboard feels very comfortable and does not lack features. I'm able to flow between Apple, PC and Linux. The switch keys between computers is effortless of hitting a function key at the top.. This is keyboard costs more then others, however, I am not disappointed and would purchase the Logitech - MX Mechanical Mini again.

They have a premium feel as with all of Logitech’s MX line of products. The brown switches feel real nice and tactile. Just the right amount of clicklyness and feedback without being obnoxiously loud. You can for sure build a better mechanical keyboard but if you’re looking for a straight out the box plug and play mechanical keyboard for productivity or work this is the way to go. It’s also wireless which is a plus and with logitechs software its super easy to configure and add other mx products to the new logi bolt receiver if your other logitech devices support it.

My new favorite keyboard

I have been eyeing this keyboard for several months now. I have a keychron mechanical keyboard but it's a bit too noisy for me. I watched some videos on this and ultimately ended up choosing the tactile version. I love it so far! I use it for work which involves emails, word documents, etc. I don't need a dedicated number pad and would rather save the space. This is also small enough to throw in a bag and travel with. So far I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend. I do wish it was a bit cheaper though.

I have only had one problem with this keyboard, and it was my own error.
I love this keyboard though, and often find myself reaching to it instead of my primary board. The three function keys to swap devices are lifesavers, and I keep it paired to my Xbox, laptop, and my PC. Swapping between them at the click of a button, seamlessly is fantastic.
The lighting is a bit confusing and sometimes I wish I could just turn it to sit there with the backlight on all the time, but if you are regularly typing on it there are no problems.

I purchased this keyboard along with the full sized version of the same model. Overall I like this mini version a little bit better simply due to it's smaller footprint. The feel and build quality of the keyboard is top notch. No complaints there. In fact, I don't really have any major complaints, but rather some minor nitpicks. Firstly, why the two-tone look? Could we not get an all black or all grey version? Secondly, Logitech made some interesting choices with the shortcut keys. This is a mini keyboard where real state is at a premium - do I really need a dedicated emoji key? or dictation? These should have been optional using the Logitech Options + software rather than the default. Lastly, just not a fan of Logitech completely ditching the unifying received in their new products. At least have some sort of backward compatibility so the bolt receiver can be used with older devices.

It’s only been about a week but I love it. “Quiet tactile” or whatever Logitech called it, it’s a great switch. Full size arrow keys at the cost of a shorter right-side Shift key, but I’ll take that any day. Good sized footprint on the desk. Backlighting is okay, a bit awkward to set without Logitech’s software. It’s entirely possible to connect two devices out of the box without their software (Bluetooth and usb dongle). The Logitech software allows for reassignment of Function keys but I haven’t used that yet. So nice that it charges via USB-C. Confident to buy again for myself or a family.

It's unfrotunate that the fn key is placed on the right side of the Space bar. This makes performing things like PG-up and End a bit more difficult because you must reach up along a column of keys to achieve what is possible with FN+the arrow keys. The logioptions software is somewhat accessible with a screen reader enabling you to change the function key behavior, turn off the backlight, and a few other functions. Note that there are no indicators for the states of these controls when manipulating them.
Over all the keyboard is a great typing experience and is perfectly sized for a backpack. It's been reliable and comfortable.
