I love the keyboard nice feel just like my MacBook Pro keyboard

Does not work with Ventura or lower OS. Really disappointing that apple would ignore it's widely used, stable and best performing OS for computers they've made in the last few years. You need to upgrade to Sequoia for the functions and touch ID to work, but that OS just is so slow.

Not working as expected. Finger scan not working at all

Bestbuy stuck it in a box with too much space and not enough protection. This is my 2nd return for this item. Multiple Mac’s are not recognizing it as a black keyboard like my other items do

The keyboard works great and fits my hand size. It should come with the IMac computer!! Instead you get a keyboard for a kids’ hand size. Not good.

It did not come with a charging cord and apparently that is how you sync it with your computer so I need to go buy something that it said was included, thanks best buy for the inspection

Keys are hard requiring a hard tap. For the price expected higher quality

I got a wrong keyboard for the MAC Mini. The mistake is all mine.

I am LOVING the new Magic Keyboard with TOUCH ID! I just updated my Mac mini M2 for the Mac Mini M4 and picked up one of these just a couple of days before. I saved a bit by purchasing an "open box". The need for security and passwords cannot be stressed enough. Our family was hit a couple of years ago with stolen checks, so we've moved so much of our banking to online apps. With that, the issues of online security are an important consideration for the entire family. But the new complexity of passwords, the need to use different passwords for every item, and the password you need to see your passwords have far too often caused me to waste time just in figuring out how to open anything because of frequent needs to reset passwords I've forgotten. Further, on a desktop computer there isn't "face ID" and until NOW other biometrics were not available. This is saving me time and speeding up my workflow! I strongly recommend this - but the caveat is that it only works with Apple Silicon so your Mac must have M chips (no Intel).

I love this keyboard, it closely resembles a laptop keyboard which makes it easier to use, having the numbers on the side for people who use numbers a lot is fantastic.

Top of the line as well as a good look to the product

Despite the hefty price set by Apple, this is my favorite keyboard. Durable and 100% reliable.

Really good keyboard. They brought back the fn key in the bottom left, though.
