I have been using this MagicJack Adapter in Southeast Asia for more than a year and it works great. Most of the time the calls are indistinguishable from landline calls. It allows me to make calls to family and companies without the cost nagging at me. Similar to a VPN, companies assume that the calls are originating in the USA. The adapter power supply works on the local 220 volts as well as the USA 120 volts.

I purchased this not knowing if it would work for me. It worked great right out of the box and I have had no problems with it I save $20 a month on my phone bill

I was concerned that with "my some times" very slow internet connection that, but the my Magicjack wouldn't work. I have been using it for over two months and it's working great.

This has been a very convenient product. I am able to keep in contact with family that have moved to Brazil. I love it!

I purchased this to use for a fax line only. I did not want to pay 20.00 a month for just a fax line through my Internet provider. It was super easy to connect and I use it with my wireless all in one fax/printer. It has been great. I got it on sale for 35.00 and was super excited to save myself about 200 bucks a year by using this instead of a typical phone line. I took a gamble on this working but I have had no trouble and would recommend this to anyone.

It is easy to install ,will save you big money , but you need a good internet service available.

This service and device have worked flawlessly. The only thing magic jack needs to do is allow its customer to configure direct settings over the network, especially to increase volumes.

At my home I have very poor cell coverage and needed a dependable phone. Magic Jack fit the bill perfectly. It was easy to get just a trip to my local Best Buy and a few minutes looking through the documentation was all it took for me to be setup and I was making and receiving calls. This is a great product. I have purchased an abitional Magic Jack for my mother who has similar issues and she was able to cut out her local telephone bill.

Definitely glad we got Magic Jack. No difference in our phone quality or service and much cheaper.

We use this for a vacation rental. It's economical, has good quality reception and can be registered with 911.

This works just as good as Comcast and you get one year of service at the same price that comcast charges for one month. You can port your number for $20. I was very spektical before i bought this but now after 4 months without any problems I'm glad i made the change, big time money saver, highly recommended.

This is my 3rd MagicJack in close to 7 years. The MagicJack works great initially, but in about 2 - 2.5 years either the adapter or power plug seems to stop working forcing the purchase of a new adapter or cheap power plug. It is annoying to have to purchase a new adapter every couple years, but it is still a lot cheaper than other service providers with excellent quality calling around the U.S.

I bought the magic jack to communicate with my husband that is located in Jamaica. I activated and set up the magic Jack from my home computer then I took with me to jamaica. It works and it saved me a lot on my phone bills. Thanks magic Jack !!!

The setup process and transfer of my existing number was quick, and the service has been reliable.

When I was told about magic jack I did a little search on it then bought one. I'm not tech savvy and I installed it in minutes by myself no problem. I have friends in a neighboring country which magic jack includes as a free call. There is no monthly phone bill. This thing pays for itself in less than two months. I will be purchasing several for friends. Aftet I buy stock!

High quality sound from an inexpensive device, and the yearly payment is so cheap

For $35 a year you can go wrong! Sometimes the service goes off line for a few seconds or you can't receive calls after the call drops. Once again this only last for a few seconds.

if you need an extra number with some versatility like call forwarding,messaging,email of vm messages, this is an inexpensive way to go. The magicjack express makes no sense; its only good for 3 mos. customer service is of variable hep but the online assistant is eventually helpful.Theres really no user guide to the functions so it takes some trial and error. the smartphone app works inconsistently and requires internet connection

Works great, very easy to set up, and the yearly cost is cheap. No cons that I can think of.
