Had issue when got unplugged and had tomug back in but customer service was right there and got it fixed right away

Switched my $45 a month land line to this yearly low cost alternative. The setup is a bit weird, waiting for your number to port, but after that calls do come through. Unfortunately there is no CALLER ID so when you set up your account use your mobile and let MagicJack have access to your contacts, then if they call it will show their name at least.

Great cheap phone device, easy to install and you can't beat the price, and 12 months of service included.

I have been more than pleased with magic jack. Wish I would have cancelled my home service years ago! The app is wonderful because I can receive and make calls from my cell without being at home.

I purchased the magic jack with the thought of ditching my home phone but I don't to myself let's try this for one year and if I don't like it all I have Lost is $35 it has been working great it's a great alternative to a home phone with a traditional nine or cable company that charges $40 a month this is a great option if it doesn't work out I have lost $35 and I'll just get rid of my home phone completely but I do recommend this

Pleasantly surprised that this works as good as it does. I wasn't expecting good service, but it really does do the trick. I use it as a work phone and I have no issues

Cut the cord and replaced home phone with this VoiP option. EAST setup and great voice quality.

The Magicjack Go performs as advertised. I was up and running in a few minutes though I did have to wait a couple days for my number to port (a $20 fee applied). Call quality is good. Sometimes when talking to a cell phone I hear beeps on the line but I understand that this is a common VOIP problem not unique to Magicjack. It's nice not to have to worry about a phone bill for a whole year.

The item works great. The only thing that bothers me is that the phone displays the wrong time, it’s an issue with Magic Jacks that they are aware of.

Save money on phone bill. Easy set-up. Was to get my number back that I had on older version of Magicjack.

Product works great and is easy to setup. Much cheaper than landline service.

I believe that this is a excellent product especially for the price. I was paying 25 dollars a month thru my cable company for phone service that doesn't even include long distance. This gives me free long distance domestically for a whole year with the purchase of equipment. There are a couple reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. The first is that there are times it got pretty choppy when making a long distance phone call. Second is because I didn't know it does not come with 911 service. But like I said a really good product and I recommend it highly.

MajicJack is easy to set up and has a low annual fee. Helps cut the cord from cable tv.

I bought the MajicJack for my mother. She spends about 6 months each year in Romania. She use it every day to keep in touch with her friends from here and with us. Never had any problems. Sound quality is great. After 3 months I bought another one for my mother-in-law.

Very easy to install and all calls are very clear, great product.

I recommend the Magic Jack adapter highly. The call quality is good, there are few dropped calls and with the app it works almost anywhere.

I am so happy that I have a Magic Jack, certainly helps my budgett. You can use it 24 hours a day without problems. I definitely recommend this Magic Jack. The connection is always clear .

Used in the carribean to keep in touch with family...very clear sound and easy setup.

Once one has the setup on the Magic Jack and chatted with customer.service to finish the setup, everything works pretty well but communication is not always the cleanest and sometimes choppy but the unit does the job and for the price, it is pretty good.
