The Magic Jack works very well with my internet connection- I am saving $30.00 per month versus normal long distance charges (my cell phone has no reception at my house).

The magicJack works well and is much cheaper than the phone or cable companies. Depending on where you will you may also get hit with a 911 fee. I have used magicJack before I moved to my current location and still think it is a good value for the money.

Works as should...just watch for charges...it's adding up...

Great home phone that is cheap. Good call quality and cheap features like caller ID and stuff.

You'll still need to pay a few bucks more after purchase for the E911 fees and such, but MagicJack is still one of the best deals going. I occasionally have to contact MagicJack for some number that they need to add to their allow list, but it's a minor inconvenience. For those calls I temporarily use my cell phone, and I do notice that MagicJack corrects those numbers.

This product does what it says it will. Set up was fairly easy. I just wish there would have been a warning about the extra 911 fee before I purchased this.

I had thought about getting Magic Jack for a long time but kept putting it off. I am so very glad that I finally got it and I find that it works as good as or better than other phone services. And the savings are great. Just glad that I am now finally saving on my phone bill and have been telling others about it, and will probably never go back to those other phone services for my home.Magic Jack is for me.

The Magic Jack is good for communicating world wide and certainly provides clear and reliable service. Good value i would certainly recommend it to all.

This is a very economical replacement option for landline and particularly useful while travelling outside the country to call any US number. Works great clear voice quality. It comes with free ios and Android apps which is a good option while on the road outside the country.

Not much to say, it works. The main complaint is that the Caller ID only shows the number, not a name. I don't use voicemail so I won't comment on it. Once in a while there are minor problems that are resolved after a MJ and router re-boot. It does use internet bandwidth when talking, so fast internet access IS needed. Calls come in calls go out, it's cheap. "nough said!

Beats my old landline, hands down. You still get caller ID and you can use this service with your smartphone.

when you get this out of the box make sure all the parts are there. read the directions slowly and make sure you understand them. once I set up the first time it didn't work, it tried the help line they were suppose to call me back, they never did. I started over and re-set the system and it is working great.

I have been a MagicJack user for years. Aside from a few numbers I am unable to reach, this is a great phone system. All voicemail goes to email as audio files for ease of access.

Thought I was getting the sequel to Magic Mike, but turns out it's just an alternative for my phone service. Works pretty good as a phone alternative, not so much as a movie.

I used it for a year before buying more lines and changing my other phone lines. I had no problem but when ever I called to ask on how to install it.

We canceled our bright house phone line and ended up saving quite a bit of money switching to magic jack. It was very simple to set up and was operational in no time at all.

It's saving me tons of money. I decided to cut the cable cord and along with it my phone service. With the price I paid for this device which includes a yr service, I only would've paid 1 month of cable phone service. It has been extremely reliable and I even ported my phone number without a glitch. I ask myself why had I not done it sooner!! Hint:They have an online offer in their webpage, shhh!!

Replaced my original MagicJack so it would work with Windows 8, Upgraded seamlessly. Works great. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a VOIP telephone solution.
