Ever since the day I signed the contract for my home install, it has been one let down after another! My sales person was of little help and almost impossible to get ahold of as soon as they had my money. I have had non-stop issue with the very expensive electronics I had them install and months later am still having problems. I attempted to fix a problem using their online geek squad and was told they could not help and to call the 800 number. Once I did I was transferred twice then I was hung up on. I went into the store to speak to the Manager but waited 15 minutes to speak to a salesperson with nothing being resolved. I then gave my business card to the sales person and ask for him to have the store manager call me and I never heard from her.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

If you don't like cables running around your living room, then I will get the geek squads out. They work magic with the cables.
