I needed a numeric pad which is not on the Surface Pro keyboard. Hooks up via bluetooth every time. Did not need additional USB port to connect so is very convenient.

Good but layout could use improvement

I don't like the lack of vertical spacing between the main keyboard, the cursor control keys, and the 10 key area. I really don't like the placement of the key to lock the computer immediately above the backspace key. I've accidentally locked my computer a few times now.

The type cover made using the second monitor a little tedious so I purchased this keyboard and it is perfect. Connects to bluetooth seamlessly.

Bluetooth has changed the game for me as I'm a typer. I would suggest this for anyone who is tired of using the USB type. Definitely getting used to since the buttons aren't as bulgy than before.

Great keyboard with one gripe

It's low profile and great for simple office like needs. I don't game on my laptop so I can't speak for that, there is clearly better options if that's what you need a keyboard for. The key travel is good and I prefer a number pad on my keyboard. My only gripe with this keyboard is that the lock Computer button is right above the backspace. This led to me often locking my laptop while I was trying to use the backspace. This has gotten better with getting used to the keyboard but still happens from time to time and can be frustrating.

This one did the trick beautifully. This one was also easy to connect without any issues.

It is light in weight and easy to mobilize around your desk or in storage. It is also easy to clean since there is hard for debris to sneak into the keys or for one to notice it. Battery life is great: i have been using my mine for a year and have not changed the batteries. I used it daily for my last year of grad school and transition to workplace.
