Its a big step from Entourage but still needs some updates. For people leaving Windows to Mac, it imports the PST well. But Its not the same for the reverse unfortunately.

Coming from Windows was a big adjustment. Did not receive much help from the publisher, but there is a lot of help on line.

I know this program from my PC and had to have it on my MAC. I had a few challenges while installing it and the Microsoft telephone tech support was awful. They told me things that were simply not true about my MAC. Love the software but dislike the tech support.

Was kind of frustrated at first with this product. But i hung in there with it. Now it's no problem at all. Took about 3 days to figure out. So have patience.

I use Microsoft office on PCs at work and until now at home. The software works almost as it does on the PC, so there is a little bit of a learning curve.

The only reason I bought Microsoft Office for the new iMac was because I thought it would make a transition for my small business easier when moving from a PC to an iMac That has not been the case. e.g you get an email you'd like to save. Instead of a right click and Save As....you only have Save. And, really don't know where it's going? I'm sure I'll find it sometime. Very simple things that are on the PC Software for Office that are hidden or you can't find them. I would not have bought the iMac had I known that the Office for iMac was not the same as on the PC. Look on Google and see how many dis-satisfied comments there are on this problem. Sorry...

This was the best way for me to maintain my ability to process a variety of Office files on my Mac.

Must have office software, has all the features. Every business uses this. Plenty of docs to learn it if you are new to Microsoft Office.

Good programs and a good price. Microsoft Office is very helpful for my home and business needs.

So far I have really liked the Mac Office product!

Still learning how to work the programs. This bundle has ll programs I was looking for.

The older version was a lot better, you could download it on multiple computers. The newer version is only for one computer.

Microsoft Office is necessary these days, and with their new system of creating an email for the product, it won't expire.

Best Buy Geek recommend this product and I purchased it. It did a great job backing up and transferring information.

Great Printer! Works all the time and you'll never have to troubleshoot or be on the phone with customer service.

As with previous versions of Office for Mac, Word causes frequent hangups.

We never have issues with this product. I always purchase the disk.

Ended any concern of having an Apple laptop. Installation was simple, crossover is seamless with PC users

I love it. I hope the 2014 will come soon. I have used the Microsoft : PC version and I like it

Still getting familiar with the product, but do not anticipate any issues. Glad we're using it.
