I have had trouble with getting the apps for this. I can only use it online. When I sign in the apps they say I don’t have an account even though I’m signed into the coordinating outlook account. VERY frustrating. Also keeps saying my account is locked because of suspicious activity even though I have it authenticated and verified sign in.

Return the program because we were told at had access and publisher which it did not so it did not meet our needs.
