First off, I'd like to say that this is my first ever official Xbox headset. I had high expectations for it, and let me say that it reached my expectations and gone a bit beyond that. I love the audio quality and being able to play around with the equalizer - when I watch movies or videos everything sounds so clear, and I can easily adjust the audio thanks to the ergonomic volume adjusters. When I play games like Call of Duty or Outlast Trials I'm able to hear every little footstep AND the position it came without having to lock-in and strain my ears. My favorite feature though is the ability to connect the headset not just to my Xbox but also to my phone or laptop at the same time, and as someone who had to wear earbuds and a cheap headset just to be able to listen to some music, this is a massive improvement and one of the key features that made me buy this headset specifically. Overall, I really like the product for its audio quality and comfortable fit, and I'd recommend it for anyone who values comfort, sound quality, customization options, and being able to link to other devices while gaming!

Love this headset. Easy to use and very comfortable. Dials on the side provide easy volume control. Mic monitoring is so good I have it all the way down and still get told people can hear me breathing lol.

This is a headset made for xbox video game console. It plays audio, and sounds alike. You can make it loud or quiet, and you can even hear voices! The bass is a bit too loud but you can configure them. Sometimes I wear sweats when I wear these headphones to increase comfort. Maybe have a hot chocolate. Not coffee though, I stopped drinking coffee a few months ago. For a while it would make me poop then it stopped making me poop and the caffeine made me head hurt so I said nuh-uh mr. Folgers. Also basketball is my favorite sport bye

So easy to use and the features are very helpful. I enjoy the immersive experience and it’s nice. I also especially enjoy being able to adjust the chat volume and game volume.

After 3 months of owning them, I love and hate them at the same time. I only bought them because they said they support Dolby Atmos, which my computer said it supported but I guess windows 11 shut down most supported features and they didn’t end up connecting to the Dolby feature on my Alienware laptop. It was confusing at first to know what mode you were in. And it said you can be connected to atleast two devices, which is true to some extent. You can connect to devices via Bluetooth but to enable dual channels for two devices, you need to connect your first output via usb-c to your main device. So audio via usb on the PC and enable Bluetooth as a second option for the second device. You can’t connect both to BT. After updating the drivers which took a second, I was able to update the settings like bass and whatnot. I love these to use while being at the desk but will never use these out of the house. I only bought them bc I needed windows capable devices after jump shipping from my Apple ecosystem.

Takes a bit to pair correctly, but is excellent once it’s figured out. Long battery life, lightweight, and fits well.

Great product. Solid sound, bass, treble, mic quality is amazing. Though it did not come with a cable as it is supposed to in the box. But I have an elite 2 controller and luckily the charging cable for it also fits the headset as well. Best part: no dongle or extension cable required seamlessly pairs between 2 devices (Any xbox one console and any other Bluetooth compatible devices).

My only gripe is the size. This headset at max adjustments just barely fits my head. I’m a little afraid of it snapping when I put it on. Although I do have locs, this is the first headset out of many that I have had this happen before. Easy to setup and go. Great sound quality. The chat and in-game mixer is simple and works pretty good so far. Microphone is a decent length with great voice detection and doesn’t pick up a lot of background noise. The microphone also tucks away for easy storage Overall I’m happy with this purchase. I returned a pair of turtle beach Recon 700’s to get this headset and so far I am not regretting it.

These are definitely upgrade from the old versions. The quality sounds way better and I’m happy I can connect with my Xbox controller and my phone so I can be listening to the gameplay while listening to my music on the background on my phone so the Bluetooth is definitely upgraded for this one

The headset is great. Has a nice weight to it. Sound quality is top tier. Easy to connect. Love that you can connect to mobile device. Only issue is that it doesn't come with a charger cord. So if you not using a type c charger you will have to purchase one.

Comfortable, long lasting battery and has good bass.

Super easy to set up, excellent microphone and sound quality. You can even get 3rd-party cloth ear pads if that’s your preference. I’ve had mine for awhile now and have zero complaints.

I bought this headset before a few years ago from a different store and I loved it and then it got broken so I came to Best Buy to purchase another one. I was lucky enough to find an open box in excellent condition that works perfectly and I’m so glad I made this purchase. I haven’t had no issues with it at all so far I would definitely buy again no
